Let this be your gateway for family and friends vacation in the Grandiose Strand with great 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, constructed around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Totally outfitted kitchen, sleeps up to 6, pool and golf course view.
*PET OWNERS: family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very cavernous condo. 2 Queen beds, 1 pullout couch in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is completely equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Giant balcony with pretty pool view.
Sheets and linens supplied. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with pool key ( placed in the kitchen drawer) Pool key must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $100 charge for each pool key
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is complimentary.
* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Spectacular peaceful neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, handsome landscaping. 10 mins. from airport, 5 mins. from Broadway at the beach, 5 mins. from the beach, 15 mins. from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.
*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are included (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
