This apartment will comfortably accommodate 2 guests in the king bed, and 2 additional guests on the sleeper couch. If you're planning your next vacation, unit 51105 is ideal for a couple or modest family looking to savor a nice, clean, refreshed rental. Aside from the pretty room, guests will also have access to a full bathroom with vanity, upsized mirror, towels, and starter toiletries. Our guests also appreciate having access to a full kitchen within the apartment. The full kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and kitchen sink. The kitchen is completely outfitted with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you will need to prepare! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of exceptional dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, Door Dash, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very fashionable and convenient options as well.
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are supplied. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.
While the Sea Mist is a 65-year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we enjoy the fact that they treat it as if it were there own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate for the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!

Tips and Tricks to get the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
How to get the best rental value:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
- Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal SC. To find the best value, try changing your family's Myrtle Beach vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- Hosts sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guide magazines contain coupons for nearby accommodations and attractions.
Selecting and booking the bestvacation home:
- Start by selecting your vacation dates and a max budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration your family requires. Fully Updated King Suite~Sea Mist 51105 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is usually available online. If they are not listed, email or call the property management company before you book the home. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to determine what bed configuration is best for your vacation.
- Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional pet fees or charges might be applied to your invoice.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach destination you love, look for rentals that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
Know before you go:
- Add the host's phone number to your smartphone. Take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Lock your rental while you are out. Protect the owner's property and your things!
- During arrival, document any issues with the property and immediately alert the property manager. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Respect your neighbors. Often, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- At departure, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on good feedback to stimulate more bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
