This 11th-floor unit features handsome South-facing vistas and offers 1 king bed, 1 full-size sleeper couch, private balcony, cable TV, resort wifi, dining table, and adjustable AC/Heat. This apartment will comfortably accommodate 2 guests in the king bed, and 2 additional guests on the sleeper couch. If you're planning your next vacation, unit 51105 is ideal for a couple or modest family looking to appreciate a nice, clean, refreshed rental. If more space is needed, rent this room AND others at the SAME resort, possibly even the SAME floor (ask us how)!

Aside from the charming room, guests will also have access to a full bathroom with vanity, upsized mirror, towels, and starter toiletries. Our guests also savor having access to a full kitchen within the apartment. The full kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and kitchen sink. The kitchen is entirely supplied with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you will need to prepare! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of exceptional dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, Door Dash, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very trendy and convenient options as well.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are included. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.

While the Sea Mist is a 65-year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really adore the space, and we enjoy the fact that they treat it as if it were there own.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate for the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.

  • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a fantastic time? Many rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear it.
