While the Sea Mist is a 65-year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we enjoy the fact that they treat it as if it were there own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate for the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
Free Wi-fi and Cable are available.
Smoking AND Vaping are not allowed.

When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home & When to go:
- Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. To get the best value, shift your vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer warmer temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic.
- Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
- Property managers usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
