This ocean view 1 bedroom suite is located on the 10th floor of the Meridian Plaza Resort in Myrtle Beach. Conveniently located to everything along the Grandiose Strand, the Meridian is a ideal location for our guests.

This 1 bedroom apartment has numerous unique features! For starters enormous tile floors (laid on the diagonal) flow handsomely throughout the entire apartment. This vacation rental has coordinated draperies, modern hardware, interior opaque glass doors across the entire wall leading to the over sized balcony, a 60" TV in the living room, fireplace, Casablanca fan, designer kitchen cabinets, Corian sink, and solid surface counter tops. Our guests will savor 1 king size bed in the bedroom, 1 full bathroom, living room with countless, South-facing ocean vistas, full kitchen, cabinets with plentiful storage space, and so much more!

This is really a one-of-a-kind rental that will keep you returning year after year. The over sized ocean view balcony offers striking vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, you will not want to miss the sunrise and sunset. Located on the 10th floor, our guests will be blown away by this view!

The bedroom features 1 king size bed, TV, two nightstands, and closet for storage. All towels, linens, linens, dishes, and kitchen silverware are included. Unlike many condos in Myrtle Beach, this rental features a private bedroom with a bedroom door for privacy.

Entering into the kitchen, guests will have access to a kitchen with full size stainless steal appliances. The kitchen features a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, toaster, and plentiful cabinet space. Our guests adore the fact they can comfortably prepare a meal or a snack right from the condo! We provide all basic cookware, kitchen necessities, silverware, glassware, and more. For guests who prefer to dine out, the Meridian Plaza is within a short walk or ride to many of Myrtle Beach's most trendy dining outlets. Food delivery services like Uber and DoorDash are also very fashionable options as well. The kitchen offers a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, sink, and more.

The living room is located at the very front of the apartment. This space is furnished with a couch, modest island with bar stools for eating, sizable 60" TV, access to the private balcony, accent chair, and more. The living area is really the most calming space in the condo. Our guests appreciate having their own, upsized, private balcony, and many have submitted photos of elegant sunrises and sunsets, dolphins, boats, surfers, and so much more!

The Meridian Plaza offers 1 indoor and 1 outdoor pool, as well as 1 indoor and 1 outdoor hot tub. Onsite laundry is available to our guests as well! We do not provide beach chairs, but guests can rent them seasonally from lifeguards on the beach.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.



Guests will have access to basic cable and wifi. Additionally, we have newly lowered our cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

Our guests adore the convenience of a keyless door lock. While we are here to assist our guests with whatever they may need, there will be no need to meet at our office for keys or parking passes. Whether you plan to arrive at the time of check in, or if you're arriving late at nighttime, your door codes will give you access to the lobby and apartment during your stay! Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC, and is literally a 5-10 min. walk or drive to just about everything you can imagine! There are so many eateries close by, but Uber Eats and DoorDash have become very popular delivery options in our area.
