Our guests appreciate having their own private balcony where they can relax.
Upon entering, guests will enter through a modest hallway. To the left is the bathroom. The bathroom features toilet, vanity, and shower/tub combo.
Moving straight through guests will find the main living space. This is the most trendy area of the apartment, and features two double beds, an accent chair, desk with wall mounted TV above, a modest table and chairs, and the wet bar. The wet bar area includes a sink, cabinet space, a microwave and a mini refrigerator!
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and WIFI.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

How to get the best rental home experience:
Sticking to your rental home budget:
- The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking your Myrtle Beach vacation home in Spring or Fall is a good way to save on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Property management companies often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Many rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guides which include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
How to choose the perfect vacation rental in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Start by choosing your the best vacation week and a max budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family requires. Interior Studio Suite~Landmark 704 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Specific details about bedrooms and bed types is regularly accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, contact the property owner before you book your home. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to work out what configuration is optimal for your vacation.
- Some properties allow pets, and others do not. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the host about pet restrictions before booking.
- Looking for specific amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. .
More tips for your stay:
- Add the property manager's information to your smartphone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
- Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would back home.
- Document any damages to the property during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be valuable if there is a dispute.
- Be respectful. Frequently, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Upon check-out, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
- Did you have a terrific vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
