Frequently Asked Questions
* Has COVID affected access to amenities? Not at this time. The beach, pools, and water amenities are open! Area eateries are open for indoor seating, outdoor seating, delivery, and take-out.
* Are there any hidden costs? Absolutely not. There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay. We can connect you with local partners to rent beach chairs/umbrella/beach towel/infant furnishings units, which can be delivered prior to your arrival. Message us for more information.
* Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an additional cost? Heck no! Bath towels and linens are supplied, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
* Is parking supplied? Yes, parking is complimentary for one car. You will receive one parking pass per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don't write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
* Are there pool armbands? MAYBE - Pool armbands are only required during peak season. During this time, you should receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be supplied with enough.
* Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry? No, you are on vacation! Our professional cleaning and sanitation team will take care of that for you.
* Do you allow family pets? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws.
* Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony? NO. Smoking is stringently forbidden in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will hold your entire security deposit to cover the cost.
* Are there pots/pans/dishes? Yes, the kitchen is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating.
* Do you provide food, condiments, coffee filters, etc.? No, this is a self-catering unit, and you will need to provide all food.
* What water amenities are included? Guests have access to all of the standard water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs that are located next to and behind the oceanfront building). The mini waterpark between the building and Ocean Blvd. and fun zone pool area are owned and operated by on-site hotel management, and their guests pay an additional resort fee for exclusive access. Guests renting privately are unable to access these areas. With the money you save, you can take the family to a real waterpark. We recommend Myrtle Waves or Wild Water Wheels.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.
You will also be given the choice between paying a returnable deposit with a modest processing fee or buying a non-returnable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Strategies for getting the perfect vacation home experience:
Finding your perfect rental:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking in the Fall or Spring is a great way to save on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
- Some property management companies offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
- Booking websites usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
- Look for your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great information, travel guide magazines contain discounts for local accommodations, tours and attractions.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- Choose vacation week and spending budget.
- Note the number beds and the configuration your family needs. King Bed! Oceanfront! Kitchenette! Snowbirds! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed types is commonly available online. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property manager before booking the property. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to determine what configuration is suitable for your trip.
- Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Additional fees or costs might be applied to your agreement.
- Does your group require particular amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. .
Tips for a great stay:
- Add the property manager's contact information to your phone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Keep the property locked while you're gone! Don't let thieves spoil your family vacation.
- To make certain no damages are attributed to your family's stay, note any problem areas upon check in. Make contact with the host right away to relay your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be useful.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are an incredible resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- At departure, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to compel future bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review find their best vacation rental. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
