This studio is completely furnished with 1 California king size bed, 1 sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! While this unit does not offer a view of the ocean, the living space sure does make up for it! Guests will have access to a private balcony with vistas of the resort and terrace.
As of 2021, this condo has been attractively refreshed. Some of those updates include new vinyl laminate floor, new baseboards, fresh paint, new king bed and frame, new sleeper couch, and other accents and decor!
In the kitchenette, guests will have access to a modest kitchen sink, cabinet space, plates, cups, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and more. A drink chiller (mini refrigerator) will be included to keep food and beverages nice and cold!
The studio features 1 California king size bed, closet and dresser for storage, TV with digital cable, and AC unit. There is also an accent chair, dining table and chairs, and a full bathroom. The couch is queen-size, and actually converts to a sleeper couch. The sleeper couch will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests. Guests will have access to the entire space, including a private balcony with partial pool and terrace vistas.
Just behind the kitchen is where you will find the bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink and upsized counter space, hair dryer, and toilet.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Strategies to get the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:
When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to book:
- To book the best rental for your budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
- Property managers frequently offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, travel guide magazines have money saving offers on local accommodations, tours and attractions.
Narrow your rental Search:
- First and foremost, have your family agree to a vacation week and a budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your family requires. Landmark Resort 1420 - Updated King Suite! Perfect for 2-4 people! has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is usually available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, call the host before you reserve the vacation property. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach destination you simply love, keep an eye out for properties that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your desires.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental
- If your family is traveling with pets, you'll need to find a pet-friendly rental. Make sure to ask for specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Note that some hosts charge additional pet fees.
More tips for your visit:
- Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your phone.
- To make sure that damages aren't attributed to your visit, record any problem areas when you arrive. text the property manager right away to document any issues. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, elevator or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call prevents a lot of problems.
- Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often times, nearby homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Lock your vacation home while you're out. Protect the owner's property and your things!
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
- Did you have a great vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
