If you're looking for a nice, clean vacation rental, look no further! Check out this 14th floor, interior condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This studio is completely furnished with 1 California king size bed, 1 sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! While this unit does not offer a view of the ocean, the living space sure does make up for it! Guests will have access to a private balcony with vistas of the resort and terrace.
As of 2021, this condo has been charmingly refreshed. Some of those updates include new vinyl laminate floor, new baseboards, fresh paint, new king bed and frame, new sleeper couch, and other accents and decor!
In the kitchenette, guests will have access to a modest kitchen sink, cabinet space, plates, cups, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and more. A drink chiller (mini refrigerator) will be included to keep food and beverages nice and cold!
The studio features 1 California king size bed, closet and dresser for storage, TV with digital cable, and AC unit. There is also an accent chair, dining table and chairs, and a full bathroom. The couch is queen-size, and actually converts to a sleeper couch. The sleeper couch will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests. Guests will have access to the entire space, including a private balcony with partial pool and terrace vistas.
Just behind the kitchen is where you will find the bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink and upsized counter space, hair dryer, and toilet.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
This condo is located at the Landmark Resort which is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most appreciated attractions, including Family Kingdom (.8 mi), The Boardwalk & Promenade (1 mi), Broadway at the Beach (4 mi) and only 2 miles from the Airport! The Landmark is known for its many pool conveniences options!
We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!
***Please note: Our guests do not have access to the on site mini-golf course or mini-water park across the street. All food and drink options at the resort are not accessible by Casago Myrtle Beach guests.
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Tips and Tricks to get the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:
Find your perfect rental home:
- Summer months are high season in Myrtle Beach. To get the best rental within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, tours, and activities.
- Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Property managers typically offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which will include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Use filters to narrow your rental search:
- Select a group lead, choose your vacation dates, and select a max budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your group needs. Landmark Resort 1420 - Updated King Suite! Perfect for 2-4 people! has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is commonly accessible online. Otherwise, email the property owner before you book the property. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds.
- Is your group looking for unique amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking.
- If your family is bringing pets, you must reserve a pet-friendly property. Ask for specifics on breed, weight, and type requirements. Often, property owners charge additional pet fees.
Additional considerations:
- Add the host's information to your phone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Record any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be very helpful if there is a dispute.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Be a good neighbor. Often times, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies is the right thing to do.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- Lock your rental home while you are out. Protect your property!
- Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at departure. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Leave a review! Hosts rely on great ratings to compel future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
