This studio is entirely furnished with 1 California king size bed, 1 sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! While this unit does not offer a view of the ocean, the living space sure does make up for it! Guests will have access to a private balcony with vistas of the resort and terrace.
As of 2021, this condo has been elegantly refreshed. Some of those updates include new vinyl laminate floor, new baseboards, fresh paint, new king bed and frame, new sleeper couch, and other accents and decor!
In the kitchenette, guests will have access to a modest kitchen sink, cabinet space, plates, cups, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and more. A drink chiller (mini refrigerator) will be supplied to keep food and beverages nice and cold!
The studio features 1 California king size bed, closet and dresser for storage, TV with digital cable, and AC unit. There is also an accent chair, dining table and chairs, and a full bathroom. The couch is queen-size, and actually converts to a sleeper couch. The sleeper couch will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests. Guests will have access to the entire space, including a private balcony with partial pool and terrace vistas.
Just behind the kitchen is where you will find the bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink and upsized counter space, hair dryer, and toilet.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Vacation rental tips:
Finding your best deal:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
- Summer time is high season in Myrtle Beach. Booking your vacation rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Property management companies often offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
- Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local information, visitor guide magazines contain offers and deals for local shops and restaurants.
How to select the best rental home in Myrtle Beach:
- First and foremost, have your family decide on a vacation week and a maximum budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your family requires. Landmark Resort 1420 - Updated King Suite! Perfect for 2-4 people! has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach vacation rental search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is regularly accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, contact the host before booking the vacation property. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds in living rooms.
- If your group is traveling with pets, you must book a pet-friendly rental. Make sure to ask for specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Usually, property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach attraction you long to visit, browse properties that are either nearby, or those that cater to your needs.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental
More considerations:
- Add the property manager's contact info to your smartphone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, stereo or coffee maker. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent many concerns.
- Keep your rental home locked while you're gone! Don't let thieves spoil your holiday.
- At Check-in, record any issues with the property and immediately alert the host. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an incredible resource to find the best local beaches.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your family have a fantastic stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
