Available by Luxury Beach Units, this 5th level suite is oceanfront and offers spectacular vistas of the blue Atlantic from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and balcony. The master features a king size bed, huge flat screen TV, DVD player, and private entrance to main balcony. The Master en-suite has a sizable granite top vanity with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and a enormous whirlpool soaker tub. The additional 2 bathrooms also have granite top vanities. Adjacent to the 2nd bathroom is the second bedroom with two double beds. The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a king bed that can be converted into two twin beds on request. The living room has a new queen size sleeper couch with a comfortable gel foam bed. You will also savor huge flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and 65 inch intelligent TV in the living room, high efficiency washer and dryer, a completely equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances, and granite counters. The living room has a Blu-Ray player with WIFI so you can stream your accounts with Amazon, Netflix, etc., or you can connect your own device to the TV with the additional pre-wired HDMI cable. Guests can also park on the fifth level and go straight to the condo without having to use the stairs or elevators!

The resort is located in the heart of the Grandiose Strand in a peaceful family aligned section of the beach. The Cypress Room is an award winning onsite restaurant which serves breakfast and dinner daily with lunch options available on the patio and at the pool bar during the summer months. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, three pools, spas, kids’s splash pool, and waterfall / rock formations overlooking the beach along with a exercise center and tanning lawn. The condo is high enough up to avoid the pool noise in summer and appreciate total privacy.
