This upsized 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo will give you all the room you need! The Master Bedroom is sure wow you with an en suite bathroom and access to an over sized ocean front balcony. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, closet and TV (with streaming services) and the utmost privacy. The family style living room has an upsized L shaped couch and a 64" Intelligent Tv. There are 6 (real) beds which include 2 Kings, a set of Full size Bunk beds, and two Full XL size beds. The kitchen comes completely equipped with everything you need to stay in and prepare phenomenal meals for you and your family.

Guest Access:
We ask that you please keep track of your keys and parking passes. You will need to leave all room keys and the two parking passes on the kitchen counter before you go. The resort only provides us with a limited amount for guests every year. So, unfortunately, there will be a $5 fee for every missing room key and $250 for each parking passes. Both will be deducted from your security deposit. "Do Not Go To The Front Desk" They are a separate Company and cannot serve you in any capacity. Getting Around:
A car is your best means of transportation, but you will be so centrally located, getting around on foot is am viable option. You are just a little over 3 miles from the airport and walking distance from many eateries, mini golf and bars. Plus, there's always UBER and LYFT .

Check-in is 4 pm, Check-in details along with lock code will be texted/emailed upon confirmation of booking. Your room keys will be in a lock box at our near by office. All information will be emailed to you prior to your visit. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. - If a Pack & Play is needed, please let me know asap and one will be supplied to you.

2 parking passes will be in the condo. Place in car(s) upon arrival and display during duration of stay. You may park in either the indoor building garage or the additional lot located directly one block over on Cassandra Lane between 20th and 21st Ave South.
Please do not lose or misplace keys or passes. A $500 hold is placed on every booking to ensure parking passes are returned. The hold will release after 7 days. Each parking pass costs me $250 if lost and $20 per room key. These are the buildings rules and what we are charged for missing passes.

We provide: Initial supply of items that include a starter set of toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towel roll, shampoo, soap (remember to bring enough to get you through the length of stay), and coffee.

We provide full hand soap pumps at all sinks, towels (hand, washcloth, and bath towel - 1 per guest), trash bags, dish soap and dishwasher tabs, and linens for all beds and a limited amount of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels.

Checkout is by 10 am on the day of departure. Any unauthorized late departures will result in an additional fee of $50, which is charged by the cleaning service.

We strive to provide a clean and well-maintained environment. During your stay, please let us know if something malfunctions or if there are any cleaning and maintenance issues, along with anything that gets damaged or broken. We are happy to rectify issues, but need to know as they occur. Our cleaning inspector who knows each of the units well will inspect the condo upon your departure.

We want you and your guests to savor the space, while also respecting it. Your condo is clean on your arrival, and you are responsible for leaving it neat and complimentary of trash on your departure. We ask that you take the trash down to the receptor located on the ground floor of the garage adjacent to the opposite entry door. This is a family friendly home, however kids must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian at all times. We ask that kids not be allowed to eat anything or drink juice boxes in bed. You are responsible for additional cleaning costs for excessive cleaning services.

The minimum check-in age is 25.
