This home specializes in family FUN with our bespoke KID-SUITE which comes complete with ARCADE GAMES, board games and a intelligent TV that accepts streaming with all your favorite apps (Netflix, Apple TV, Youtube, etc)!!!

From the entirely outfitted kitchen to the comfortable, beach inspired living room, to the four beautiful bedrooms, this home has everything you will need. Your family will be steps away from the beach and the boardwalk! So whether you want a nice calming day on the sand or an entertainment filled day on the boardwalk, there’s something for everybody.


KITCHEN/DINING
Our completely supplied stainless steel kitchen has everything you will need to make countless delicious meals. From your basics such as; silverware, plates, cups, pots and pans to specialty items such as; a blender, food mixer, toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker and cutting boards, you will have everything you could ever need!


BEDROOMS:
☀ Bedroom 1: A serene master getaway with a extravagant KING bed and ensuite with
shower/tub.
☀ Bedroom 2: A calming, vintage beach inspired room with a comfortable queen bed sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub.
☀ Bedroom 3: A relaxing, beach inspired room with a queen bed sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub.
☀ Bedroom 4: “KID-SUITE” – The ultimate fun room for kids! A bunk bed with two full size beds and a twin trundle underneath with an ensuite with a shower/tub.


OUTDOOR AREA:
Our outdoor area provides a roomy bench and table, ideal for family meals out in the cool ocean breeze. We also provide a charcoal BBQ grille and grilling silverware for your enjoyment!



GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to this entire luxury home, as well as the outdoor space!


TV/STREAMING
Each room in our home has a Intelligent TV that you can access to stream all of your favorite apps, such as NetFlix, Amazon TV, Apple TV, Youtube, etc. Please make sure to bring all of your login credentials for your entertainment enjoyment. We do not provide cable TV.


PET-FRIENDLY
We adore to provide a welcoming place for your family pet. We accept all family pets as long as we are notified in advance and a non-returnable pet fee of $150 is received. The pet fee will cover up to 2 pets for the duration of your stay with us. We do request that all pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings, this will help to avoid any additional cleaning costs. In addition, all pet waste must be disposed of promptly in the garbage cans outside.


NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We ask all guests to please treat our home as their own. Parties and events are not allowed in our home. If any guests are found to be hosting a event or event, all guests will be evicted from the home and no refund will be given.


SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside of the home. If any evidence of smoking or vaping is found, additional cleaning costs will be charged to remove the odor from fabrics, air ducts and furnishings.


OCCUPANCY
The max. home occupancy is 10. If we discover you have went over the max. home occupancy, you will be charged an additional $100 per day, per guest.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection.
