  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal SC. To book the most suitable vacation home within budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
