I'm unable to use my Marriott Oceanwatch ocean front villa next month so I'm renting this ocean front villa for a much lower price! (Other villas at this Marriott are ocean view or garden view which are not ocean front.) Marriott's OceanWatch Villas are located at Grande Dunes near Myrtle Beach. This is for the week of Friday June 2 to Friday June 9 (this is checkout day).
I have successfully rented numerous times conveniently and problem complimentary. Once you book, I will then send you a Marriott confirmation with your name added (feel complimentary to call Marriott to confirm you are on the confirmation).
About the Area
Myrtle Beach is home to this villa. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Myrtle Beach Beaches and Myrtle Beach State Park, while SkyWheel Myrtle Beach and Ripley's Aquarium are popular area attractions. Strategies to get the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
Sticking to your budget:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
- Summertime is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the best value, consider shifting your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
- Some property managers offer discounts for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
- Property management companies usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Many rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines that include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Narrow your rental Search:
- Select your vacation dates and spending budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Marriott OceanWatch Villas at Grand Dunes 2 Bedroom - Sleeps 8 OCEAN FRONT! has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
- Specific details about bedrooms and bed counts is usually available on booking websites. If not, contact the property owner before you book your home. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to establish what is best for your trip.
- If your group is bringing pets, you'll need to book a pet-friendly property. Make sure to ask for information on breed, weight, and type requirements. Be aware that some property managers charge pet deposits and fees.
- Visiting for a single event or attraction? Try a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
During your stay:
- Get the owner's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, television set or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents quite a few difficulties.
- Lock your vacation home while you are away. Keep your property safe!
- To make certain no damages are linked to your family's stay, make note of any problem areas during check in. Speak to the host right away to relay your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Be respectful of your neighbors. Often, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at departure. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental one final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
- Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to propel more reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
