A very Luxurious, modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath modernized condo. 1 king bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 pullout couch in the living room. It is located in Myrtlewood Golf Resort and Villas. Unwind with the whole family at this premium peaceful place in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Constructed around one of the two courses (Myrtlewood PineHills or Myrtlewood Palmetto), mins. from the beach and all main attractions! The kitchen is completely equipped with all the basics.

BED & BATH

The Master Bedroom has a King bed with its own bath. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed with a shared attached bath. The third bedroom has a set of twin beds. All bedrooms have TV with cable and the bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers for your convenience.


LIVING AREA

You will adore the sizable modern and roomy living room with multiple seating options sleeping couch, a appreciate seat, and plenty of calming time. A Flat Screen TV with cable access and a modern electrical fireplace.


KITCHEN & DINING AREA

Featuring a modern and splendid kitchen entirely equipped with everything you need to create delicious meals. When it's time to dine, the dining table accommodates six, and the counter bar with three bar stools.


COFFEE BAR

The Condo comes with a complete coffee bar, with an espresso machine. Coffee has no time, but it has a taste that matters a lot. Have a good morning, with a sip of coffee or espresso!


LAUNDRY

The condo has a Laundry space with a washer and dryer, equipped with Laundry pods, a portable iron table, and Iron for your convenience.


BALCONY

Sip your morning coffee on the balcony with a remote-controlled cool breeze fan, that overlooks the pool and is adorned with palm trees while appreciating that striking sunrise or impressive sunsets, savor outdoor dining with seating for four. No smoking inside/balcony!


LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES PROVIDED:

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and multiple trash bags.


~ Only the initial amount of toiletries, paper towels, and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.


Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges plus a violation of this policy will incur a $500.00 fine!


OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Simple access to MYRTLEWOOD GOLF COURSE with 36 holes & Driving Range.
~Outdoor Pool~
Guests can access the modest pool at the back of the building. Open 8:00 AM-10:00 PM. ******* Please note that sometimes the pools and other amenities could be closed for repair and maintenance, especially in off-season months. If the home/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control these dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

~ GUEST are REQUIRED to climb two flights of stairs.
~ Keypad Entry- for convenient self-check-in
~ All check-in instructions are automatically sent out via our system software on the day of arrival. Please make sure you send your phone # and e-mail at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.
~ 2 Parking Spaces are allowed for this unit. Parking is onsite outside the unit. Parking spots are not assigned and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
~ Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on the premises.
~ Parking is complimentary!

Cancellations: Please see the cancellation policy for refund information. **NOTE: THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS UNLESS THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ISSUED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA. ** We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.
~ Smoking: NO SMOKING is allowed inside the condo as well as on the balcony of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $500 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the condo and/or linens.
~ Family Animals: NO FAMILY FAMILY PETS are allowed in the condo; this is stringently enforced. Any violation of this policy will incur a $500.00 fine.
~ Events/Grand groups: No more than 8 guests are to occupy the unit each nighttime. Sizable events or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will also result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.
~ Please remember this is a PRIVATELY OWNED CONDO, we ask that you PLEASE treat it as you would your own home.
~ Renter acknowledges that there are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed on or in the property, bringing in family pets, throwing events, or causing a disturbance to the Resort or other Guests.
~ Loading the dishwasher and turn it on & Throwing the Trash must be taken care of on departure. An additional charge of $250.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care of before your departure!! (Dumpster down the corner)
~ Crib/Pack n Play and High chair and kid safety items supplied, (but guests are responsible for their own safety and usage) these items are supplied for convenience.
~ Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes!!
~ If you violate the Rules you will forfeit the damage deposit in its entirety, and you will be removed from the property with ZERO REFUNDS!!!!
~ Absolutely NO Early Check-In or Late Check-Out unless prior permission is given & subject to additional charges. We must allow time to prepare the property in between our Guests.
~ Please respect peaceful hours. Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 9:00pm thru 9:00am. YOU MUST Be Respectful of all Neighbors & The Property Rules!!
~ Only the initial amount of toiletries, paper towels, and toilet paper included, guests should bring their own extras.
~ Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
~ Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking tons.
