This condo is also located in central Myrtle Beach and a short drive to the beach and many area attractions. There's no better escape than this amazing South Carolina home-away-from-home!

•NEIGHBORHOOD: Complex includes swimming pools, grilling areas, walking paths, and has security on site. The condo is centrally located in Myrtle Beach near Hwy 17. Myrtlewood Golf Club located within the neighborhood and other major attractions- including Broadway at the Beach, Broadway Grandiose Prix Go- Karts, Myrtle Waves water park and Top Golf- are all close by.

•INDOOR LIVING: Open concept, 4 flat-screen TVs, wood floors, no carpet, end unit. Includes enclosed patio. Condo is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

•KITCHEN: Totally equipped with coffee maker, toaster, breakfast bar w/ seating, ample cabinet and counter top space.

•GENERAL: 3rd floor unit with elevator access, keyless entry, complimentary fast private WiFi, cable and Intelligent TV, laptop friendly workspace (modest desk supplied, not pictured), in-unit washer/dryer and linens/towels supplied. Crib & high chair are available upon request.

•FAMILY PETS: Trained dogs ok. NO cats, reptiles or rodents. Must get host approval before booking.

•BEACH: 3 miles away (less than 10 min drive). Beach supplies included

•PARKING: Plenty of complimentary parking in open parking lot (NO motorbikes, trailers or RVs!)

Please review all home rules prior to booking. And please note this is a condo- if you are sensitive to noise or potentially will be creating a lot of noise, this property may not be the right fit for you. This unit has a decibel monitoring device in the common area- conversations are not recorded and there is no camera. Any calls/visits from Security will result in additional charges to guest. Fines are determined by the HOA.
