The apartment will comfortably accommodate 4 guests; 2 in the queen bed, and 2 on the queen-sized sleeper couch. This budget-friendly accommodation is completely furnished and offers roughly 500 sq ft of living space. Our guests adore that the condo offers a mini kitchen, making it ideal for cooking meals during your stay. This rental also features a full-sized bathroom, private balcony, storage space in the closet and dresser, cable TV, resort wifi, complimentary parking, and beach access. You also have a private balcony where you can savor extraordinary Northern vistas of the Atlantic ocean.
We also provide all towels, linens, and linens, as well as starter toiletry items such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, and more! We look forward to hosting you!
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
Free Wi-fi and Cable are available.
Smoking AND Vaping are not allowed.
Our guests currently have access to the outdoor pool located on the south side of the Oats Building. Pool hours are subject to change. Weather and season could also result in pool closures.

Myrtle Beach rental home booking tips:
When to go & When to reserve a rental home:
- The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
- Summer time is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To get the best value, shift your family's Myrtle Beach vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
- Property managers frequently offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local information, travel guides contain deals for local restaurants, attractions, and tours.
Make a plan and choose yourvacation home:
- Select dates and max budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Myrtle Beach Ocean View -Sea Mist 50810 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly available online. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property management company before you book the vacation home. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to establish what configuration is optimal for your group.
- Some properties allow pets, but others do not. Acceptable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the property management company about allowable breeds and types before booking.
- Are you visiting for a specific attraction or event? If so, use a map search to browse nearby properties.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. .
More tips for your stay:
- Add the owner's information to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Hosts are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would back home.
- During arrival, note any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the owner. Keep records of all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a great source for finding the best local attractions.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your family have a terrific vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
