Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies:

There are laundry facilities on-site in each building.


* All guests staying at the Myrtle Beach Resort will have access to every amenities (when open).
* The lazy river (located behind the A Building) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building) shall open at the end of March.
* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round.
* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round.


Prices do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 25. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

We do NOT accept third-event payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)


Beginning January 1st, 2025 a parking fee of $5 per car/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by Myrtle Beach Management.

Guests are not allowed to bring a trailer on the property except during the official Myrtle Beach BIKE WEEK (Spring: May 9-18 Fall: Sept. 26- Oct. 5) and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. There is a charge of $100 per trailer and an additional $20 per bicycle.

The Market Common and Broadway at the Beach are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Family Kingdom Amusement Park and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach. Ripley's Aquarium and Old Time Pottery are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Jet skiing, scuba diving and snorkeling adventures can be found near the property.

  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good reviews to propel more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will will be grateful for your feedback find their best rental home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
