With bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo, a pair can getaway to a private shell-themed suite while the kiddos plop on the twin bed/bunk beds. Master bedroom guests will have direct access to a walk-in shower and the patio. The other guest bedroom offers a full tub and shower.
Along the walk to the shores, discover a wonderland of on-site dining options, jacuzzis, playgrounds, and sport courts in Myrtle Beach Resort. Hwy 17 will take you right up to Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and Broadway at the Beach lies around the corner. In just a short jaunt south, you’ll arrive at Wild Water & Wheels and Tupelo Golf Center.

Myrtle Beach rental booking tips and tricks:
Finding your perfect rental home:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
- To book the largest vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
- Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitors guide magazines contain money saving offers on local accommodations, restaurants and tours.
Choosing and booking the perfectrental home:
- Start by choosing the best vacation week and a maximum budget.
- Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. F4109 at The Myrtle Beach Resort: Awesome Retreat w\/ Private Courtyard has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always available on booking websites. If they are not listed, call the property manager before reserving the vacation property. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to determine what is optimal for your vacation group.
- Some rentals allow pets, but others don't. Allowable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask your host about pet restrictions before booking.
- Does your group require particular amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the best rental.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental.
More tips for your visit:
- Add the property manager's contact info to your smartphone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents quite a few difficulties.
- Lock your vacation home while you're out. Keep your property safe!
- Note any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be useful if a dispute arises.
- Respect your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to confirm you have not forget any personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- Did your group have a excellent vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
