  • Approximately 775 square feet

Tucked within Five Seasons, this first-floor condo lies away from the commotion yet just a short walk to the ocean. With its first-rate kitchen appliances, two comfortable bedrooms, and relaxing villa view, you’ve found a homey getaway for a family-friendly hideaway. Take a dip in the indoor/outdoor pool, swing by the putting green, bird-watch from the gazebo, and more!

Savor a lushly landscaped courtyard outside your door with plentiful picnic tables. Fire up the grille for some BBQ for a mouthwatering mid-day meal. The kiddos will have a blast tossing a frisbee around or playing outdoor Jenga!

This entirely equipped kitchen comes dressed to impress with gleaming granite countertops and a sleek glass top stove. Whether you’re frying up flapjacks or mixing up a margarita, you’ll have an arsenal of cookware available. Chefs can watch TV or chat with adored ones from here too!

This home away from home seats up to seven guests with its dining table and breakfast bar. The kiddos will adore breakfast buffets at the counter while the adults sip coffee at the table. Or reverse that — drinks at the counter for the adults and pizza at the table for the kids!

When you need a break from the beach, you can veg out on the cushy couch (which converts into a bed). You’re only a click or two away from watching a good show. And if you’d like, soothe your weary muscles in the sauna or whirlpool close by before calling it a nighttime.

With bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo, a pair can getaway to a private shell-themed suite while the kiddos plop on the twin bed/bunk beds. Master bedroom guests will have direct access to a walk-in shower and the patio. The other guest bedroom offers a full tub and shower.

Along the walk to the shores, discover a wonderland of on-site dining options, jacuzzis, playgrounds, and sport courts in Myrtle Beach Resort. Hwy 17 will take you right up to Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and Broadway at the Beach lies around the corner. In just a short jaunt south, you’ll arrive at Wild Water & Wheels and Tupelo Golf Center.

Booking the best vacation property experience:

Sticking to your rental budget:

  • Summer is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is a good way to save on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Look for your local visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitors guide magazines have money saving offers on local accommodations, tours and attractions.

How to choose the perfect rental home in Myrtle Beach:

  • Start by choosing your the best vacation week and a spending budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration your group needs. F4109 at The Myrtle Beach Resort: Awesome Retreat w\/ Private Courtyard has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is normally available online. If you don't see them listed, email or call the host before you book the home. Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to establish what is optimal for your group.
  • If there's a specific Myrtle Beach destination you love, look for rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
  • Some properties allow pets, and some do not. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask your host about allowable breeds and types before booking.

During your stay:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Add a note with the instructions to your phone, and take a printed backup.
  • To make certain no damages are attributed to your visit, make a record of any problem areas during arrival. Make contact with the host right away to record any damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent many problems.
  • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Lock your rental home while you're out. Keep your property safe!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on great reviews to compel new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
