NOTES:
- The outdoor spa is currently closed until further notice due to an issue with the sand filter drain plug. The plug has broken, and in order to replace it, we will need to shovel out the sand from the filter.
- Starting 3/17/2025, the HOA will begin the work for the deck repairs / coating and the balcony sliding door pin replacements. The exterior work will start on the top floor and work down on each tower by scaffolding. Guests may experience construction noise during the day, and some vistas may be partially obstructed. We apologize for any inconvenience and enjoy your understanding as the work is finished.
Deck Repairs / Coating:
Please note that the deck repair and coating requires NO walking or placement of furnishings for one week in order to cure properly.
Balcony Sliding Door Pin Replacement:
The engineer noted that balcony sliding door pins have begun to pull away from the ceilings. This requires repair to ensure a proper functioning slider. Depending on the unit, there may be some drywall and/or painting required after the concrete repair.

Myrtle Beach vacation rental home tips and tricks:
Getting the most from your rental budget:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your rental property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
- Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of SC. To get the best value, try changing your family's Myrtle Beach vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
- Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
- Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which include special offers, either offered directly by local companies, or through a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Choosing the best rental in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Choose a group leader, select your vacation week, and select a maximum budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration you need. New, Beautiful Decor, Meridian Plaza, Pools, Nice! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is generally accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, call the property management company before reserving the rental. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds. You'll need to work out which bed configuration is optimal for your vacation.
- If your group is bringing pets, filter your search for a pet-friendly vacation rental. Get details on breed, size, and type requirements. Be aware that some property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach beach you crave, browse rentals that are either close by, or those that cater to your requirements.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking.
During your stay:
- Add the host's phone number to your phone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
- Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would at home.
- Upon arrival, record any damages to the property and immediately contact the owner. Record all coorespondence.
- Be a good neighbor. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did you have a wonderful vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
