NOTES:
- The outdoor spa is currently closed until further notice due to an issue with the sand filter drain plug. The plug has broken, and in order to replace it, we will need to shovel out the sand from the filter.
- Starting 3/17/2025, the HOA will begin the work for the deck repairs / coating and the balcony sliding door pin replacements. The exterior work will start on the top floor and work down on each tower by scaffolding. Guests may experience construction noise during the day, and some vistas may be partially obstructed. We apologize for any inconvenience and enjoy your understanding as the work is finished.
Deck Repairs / Coating:
Please note that the deck repair and coating requires NO walking or placement of furnishings for one week in order to cure properly.
Balcony Sliding Door Pin Replacement:
The engineer noted that balcony sliding door pins have begun to pull away from the ceilings. This requires repair to ensure a proper functioning slider. Depending on the unit, there may be some drywall and/or painting required after the concrete repair.

Strategies to get the very best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
How to get the best rental home value:
- Summer months are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the largest vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
- The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
- Look for your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, travel guides contain money saving offers on local accommodations, restaurants and tours.
Planning and choosing the perfect Myrtle Beach rental:
- Begin by choosing your vacation dates and a max budget.
- Determine how many beds and the configuration your group needs. New, Beautiful Decor, Meridian Plaza, Pools, Nice! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is almost always available online. Otherwise, email the property owner before you reserve the rental. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds.
- If there's a certain Myrtle Beach beach you love, browse homes that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking
- Some rentals allow pets, and some don't. Acceptable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the property management company about allowable breeds and types before booking.
More tips for your visit:
- Take a copy of the owner's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property. Put the host's contact information in your smartphone.
- Document any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be valuable if damages are assessed.
- Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- Lock your rental home while you're out and about. Protect your property!
- At departure, take a walk-through to confirm you have not forget any personal items. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
- Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
