FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property:
Q: 'Are there any hidden costs?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Can I Pay for Access to Additional Conveniences?'
A: NO – Sorry, but the building front desk has decided that they do not want to share access to specific amenities that they directly own. They do not allow guests to purchase entry to those amenities. You will still have access to the amenities listed here at no additional charge and never have to pay a resort fee for that access.
Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?'
A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at noon. The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.
Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.
Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.
Q: 'Is parking supplied?'
A: YES - Parking is complimentary for TWO car. You will receive TWO parking passes per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don’t write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
Q: 'Can I Pay for an Extra Parking Pass?'
A: NO – Sorry, but parking pass limits are set by the buildings due to the limited parking space available. However, in Myrtle Beach, you can contact the Pavillion Parking Garage that will allow you to park at most meters in the City of Myrtle Beach. The cost of a visitor meter pass is currently $50 per week (Spring 2024).
Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: MAYBE - Pool arm bands are only required during peak season (June to September). During this time, you will receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be included with enough. We receive limited numbers of silicone pool bands and then we have to purchase them. Please return them to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge. If you receive paper pool bands, those can be disposed of when you leave.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not supplied in the cleaning fee.
Q: 'Do you allow family pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Family Animals are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept modest dogs. Contact us for more details.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and home rules for more information about smoking.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty modest appliance you appreciate, please feel complimentary to bring it along.

Our top Myrtle Beach rental booking tips:
Getting the most from your spending budget:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
- To get the largest rental home within your budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- Hosts sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
- Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which will include special offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Finding the perfect rental home in Myrtle Beach:
- To start, have your group select trip dates and a spending budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your family requires. Cozy Beach View Condo*Pool*FREE Tickets*M27 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is almost always accessible online. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property owner before you reserve the home. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds.
- Are you bringing the family pet? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Extra fees or costs might be applied to your agreement.
- Are you visiting for a specific event? Use a map search to locate nearby properties.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental.
More tips for your stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Add a note with the directions to your smartphone, and take a printed copy.
- Property managers are available to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would at home.
- To make certain no damages are attributed to your stay, inspect the property for any problem areas during arrival. Make contact with the rental manager immediately to document any damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a great source for finding the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected everything. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take video of the property to record its condition.
- Did your group have a wonderful time? Many rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
