Welcome to our intelligent home which is to designed to enhance your comfort and at the same time prevent any damages to the unit.

We have installed following intelligent devices:

1) TV LED back light in living room and bedroom, LED lights under the kitchen cabinet, Wall mounted sconces lights in living room and the dressing mirror LED lights in bedroom have a music mode which can enabled by the guest if needed and the lights will change based on music, sound. This features is to enhance the movie watching, song listening experience for the guest. No audio is stored/accessible by the host.

2) Water leak detector are installed below the refrigerator, below the kitchen sink, below the AC unit, below the AC unit pipe, below the toilet flush tank, below the bathroom sink to alert the host of any potential water leak. This helps prevent any major water damage to the unit and helps for cozy stay for the guests.

3) We also have installed door open/close magnetic sensors in the main entrance to the unit (i.e. bedroom), balcony door. This sensors helps the host track when cleaners enter and leave the unit and unauthorized access when there is no booking or cleaning scheduled. This also helps the host to track if any anyone left the balcony door open which can cause birds to enter the unit, condensation buildup and AC/heater unit running continuously which can lead to mechanical failures/fire. There is also an door open/close sensor inside the owner's closet so that host knows when the closet was access by the cleaners. The owner's closet is locked and not accessible to the guest.

4) This home also comes with a intelligent lock on entrance door. Each guest is supplied with a 4 digit unique code for their stay. The code is disabled after checkout time. Cleaners have a unique code for each clean. This helps with privacy and safety of the guests and the unit.

5) We have a LED no-heat fireplace which can be enabled by the remote. Its for creating a ambiance and doesn't provide any heat. The unit comes with a heater which can be controlled through the thermostat.

SMOKING STRICTLY PROHIBITED ????

1) Camelot by the Sea is a smoke-complimentary and tobacco-complimentary Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas.

2) As a courtesy to other guests, and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is also prohibited.

3) If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum $150.00 cleaning fee.

4) Violation of this policy may also result in eviction of stay.
