The search for your next vacation ends here! Check out this freshly modernized, 8th floor condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This oceanfront studio is completely furnished with 1 king sized bed, a sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests. Our guests will appreciate having their own private, oceanfront balcony where they can relax and savor striking ocean vistas.
As of Fall 2024, this condo has had some remodel work done, and we could not be more excited to share them with you. For starters, the entire condo has been completely repainted with warm and welcoming colors. All of the carpeting was replaced with brand new LVP floor as well! New decor was placed throughout giving a beachy feel! We guarantee you are going to appreciate it!
Upon entering, guests will enter into a modest entryway. Right across from the entry door is the full-sized bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, mirror, hair dryer, and toilet.
Moving right along is the kitchen area, located in-between the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen features a full-size stove and oven, cabinet space, a mounted microwave, double compartment sink, full size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare your meals! We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are an exceptional number of options to choose from; many of which are a short walk / ride from the Landmark. Many eateries in the area offer delivery, but if not, food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are very trendy in the area.
Making your way into the main living space, guests will be blown away by the oceanfront vistas. The living area is the most calming area of the apartment, and it features a king sized bed, two nightstands, dresser for storage, flatscreen TV, AC unit, modest table and chairs, and blackout curtains, a couch that converts to a bed, accent chair, AC unit, commercial blackout curtains, wall mounted, flatscreen TV , a dining table with chairs, couch, accent chair, coffee table, and access to the private, oceanfront balcony! Many of our guests have spotted dolphins, sharks, and other wildlife from the balcony! Past guests have also shared photos of elegant sunrises and sunsets.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest! Please keep in mind that this rental is privately owned and managed, and we have no affiliation with the resort staff, resort maintenance, or resort housekeeping. - Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
