When you enter Waterway Village 17-B, you will find a roomy and entirely-outfitted kitchen, dining room, and living room. This unit has wood floors! In the living area, there is a wide flat-screen TV and access to your private first-floor balcony! Cook a delicious breakfast in your premier kitchen before savoring it around the four-seater dining room table or outside on your overextended screened in patio.

In the master bedroom, there is a Queen-size bed with a flat-screen T.V. and an ample amount of space for your belongings. The master bathroom has a enormous vanity area and a private bath/shower combo. In the second bedroom there is a queen size bed. The second bathroom is located right outside of the second bedroom and has a bath/shower combo. There is a sleeper couch available in the living room. Waterway Village 17-B can fit up to six guests. This unit has a washer and dryer next to the kitchen.
