Ocean Blue 502 is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo, ideally located on the South end of Myrtle Beach. Close to some of the best dining and shopping options at Market Common and only 3 miles to must-see Boardwalk and Skywheel. This property is newly upgraded with new floor and paint. Visitors return year after year to savor this cavernous condo and relax on the enormous balcony looking over the ocean!

Ocean Blue does not allow motorbikes, trailers, or golf carts. They will also not allow roof racks or cargo carriers on top of ANY cars. The parking garage clearance is 7FT.

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Giant Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Sizable Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Grand Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is near theme parks and near the beach. Broadway at the Beach is worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach and Ripley's Aquarium.
