Our modern oceanfront home at the iconic Ocean Creek Resort is the #1 choice for your next beach vacation.
Centrally located in the middle of town, both North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach attractions are close by, making your vacation a breeze!
The living room in our home is right at the ocean. Appreciate sweeping vistas from inside or outside on your private balcony.
There is a dining area as well as full kitchen, which is appointed with all dishes, cookware, glassware and silverware. Cook a full meal or savor a morning cup of coffee on your balcony while watching the waves roll in.
Our home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, and all bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

Guest Access:
Guests appreciate direct and contactless arrival any time after 4:00 on the check-in day and go directly to our home. Guests will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival. No formal check-in process, long lines, or forms to fill out!

-CHECK IN IS 4 P.M. CHECK OUT IS 10 A.M. (EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT UNAVAILABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS)
-2 Car min., passes must be picked up from office prior to check-in.
-Car Restrictions: Motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, campers/RVs, and commercial vans/trucks are not allowed onsite.
-Tennis Court use may require fee.
-Pools may be closed November- April
-Guests are able to use most pools on the property, including the downstairs pools, huge oceanfront pool deck and cabana, and other resort pools. The only pool that guests do NOT have access to is the North Tower Pool.

Policy Information:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
