This is a newly refreshed "Home Away from Home" themed condo with striking Ocean Front vistas that you can appreciate right from the comfort of your "Home" - great beach vistas, all the way down to the Springmaid Pier where you can also rent fishing gear and fish as well.

**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

**Please note:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted by Superhog via e-mail and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a returnable deposit or buying a non-returnable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking and has no merchant costs associated with it.

Unwind in style with amenities such as an indoor and outdoor pool, a lazy river, hot tub, kid’s splash area/pool plus a exercise center! This condo features 1 king bed in a private bedroom along with a full kitchen supplied with dishes, silverware, cookware, a refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher plus the kitchen table turns into a full-size bed. It also includes a washer & dryer in the unit as well as a sleep couch in the living room and a private balcony to comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests.

You are allowed 1 parking space for a 1 Bedroom condo on this property.

J-Mike's Flavor Station offers breakfast and lunch and is located right next door in the adjacent building.

We are only mins.' drive to many of the most fashionable activities and attractions the area has to offer.

Convenient location just a couple of mins. from Myrtle Beach airport.

Free basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts available at Midway Park, plus complimentary disc golf at Splinter City (both less than a mile away). Many 18 hole golf courses close by, along with many mini-golf courses for families.

This property may use cameras for security purposes in the common and public areas such as the garage, walkways, elevators and the front door. There are no cameras allowed within the private space of the property.

House Rules
• The primary registered guest must be 25 or older and assumes full responsibility for all of their guests. Their guests of all ages are welcome!
• No smoking in the condo or on the balcony – designated areas only.
• No family pets – Service Animals Must be Registered and Leashed at all times.
• No events, events, or sizable gatherings.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the condo or using the amenities, pools, etc. All others will be considered trespassing.
• Throwing items off the balcony is a Federal crime and violators may be Prosecuted, Fined and/or Evicted.
• Local Fire Codes permit up to a max. of 6 Guests in our 1-bedroom condos and up to 8 guests in our 2-bedroom condos. Breaking the fire code is grounds for immediate eviction without notice and with no refunds.

Check-In Information
The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In at the Front-Desk with a valid matching government issued ID showing they are 25 or older. The Front Desk personnel will provide you with your room keys, pool passes and a parking pass if required.
There is a max. limit of 1 parking pass for 1-bedroom condos and 2 parking passes for 2-bedroom condos. Extra parking passes are not available at this property. You must register your car(s) with the front desk – make, model, color & license plate #

We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay.

We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include:
• Hand soap in the bathroom
• Dish soap and a kitchen towel
• Dishwashing detergent (if applicable)
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• 1 trial size of shampoo
• 1 trial size soap or body wash
• 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod
• Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen

You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, additional amenities, etc.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting around $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We also have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day. We'll drop them off in the condo before you arrive and pick them up after your departure.

Snowbird Specials – Some properties do offer specials for stays of 30 days or longer during the off-season from October through Feb. Please inquire if you’re looking for a seasonal special rate.

In order to keep our prices competitive and fair to smaller groups - groups with more than 4 adults/kids in our 1 bedroom condos or 6 adults/kids in our 2 bedroom condos will incur an additional guest fee of $15 per person / per stay. This fee will be billed separately after booking and is used to cover additional linens, towels, etc.

Our cleaners are thorough and use enhanced cleaning protocols, including bleaching of white linens and towels in hot water while using disinfectant on all high touch areas such as faucets, handles, light switches, etc.

Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • Re-check the property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
