This is a newly refreshed "Home Away from Home" themed condo with exceptional Ocean Front vistas that you can savor right from the comfort of your "Home" - great beach vistas, all the way down to the Springmaid Pier where you can also rent fishing gear and fish as well.

We've replaced our Damage Deposit requirements with a new option where you will be given the choice between paying a returnable deposit or buying a non-returnable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking and has no merchant costs associated with it.

This condo features 1 king bed in a private bedroom along with a full kitchen outfitted with dishes, silverware, cookware, a refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher plus the kitchen table turns into a full-size bed. It also includes a washer & dryer in the unit as well as a sleep couch in the living room and a private balcony to comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests.

J-Mike's Flavor Station offers breakfast and lunch and is located right next door in the adjacent building.

We are only mins.' drive to many of the most fashionable activities and attractions the area has to offer.

Convenient location just a couple of mins. from Myrtle Beach airport.

Free basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts available at Midway Park, plus complimentary disc golf at Splinter City (both less than a mile away). Many 18 hole golf courses close by, along with many mini-golf courses for families.

This property may use cameras for security purposes in the common and public areas such as the garage, walkways, elevators and the front door. There are no cameras allowed within the private space of the property.

House Rules
• The primary registered guest must be 25 or older and assumes full responsibility for all of their guests. Their guests of all ages are welcome!
• No smoking in the condo or on the balcony – designated areas only.
• No family pets – Service Animals Must be Registered and Leashed at all times.
• No events, events, or sizable gatherings.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the condo or using the amenities, pools, etc. All others will be considered trespassing.
• Throwing items off the balcony is a Federal crime and violators may be Prosecuted, Fined and/or Evicted.
• Local Fire Codes permit up to a max. of 6 Guests in our 1-bedroom condos and up to 8 guests in our 2-bedroom condos. Breaking the fire code is grounds for immediate eviction without notice and with no refunds.

Check-In Information
The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In at the Front-Desk with a valid matching government issued ID showing they are 25 or older. The Front Desk personnel will provide you with your room keys, pool passes and a parking pass if required.
There is a max. limit of 1 parking pass for 1-bedroom condos and 2 parking passes for 2-bedroom condos. Extra parking passes are not available at this property. You must register your car(s) with the front desk – make, model, color & license plate #

We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay.

We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include:
• Hand soap in the bathroom
• Dish soap and a kitchen towel
• Dishwashing detergent (if applicable)
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• 1 trial size of shampoo
• 1 trial size soap or body wash
• 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod
• Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen

You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, additional amenities, etc.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting around $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We also have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day. We'll drop them off in the condo before you arrive and pick them up after your departure.

Snowbird Specials – Some properties do offer specials for stays of 30 days or longer during the off-season from October through Feb. Please inquire if you’re looking for a seasonal special rate.

In order to keep our prices competitive and fair to smaller groups - groups with more than 4 adults/kids in our 1 bedroom condos or 6 adults/kids in our 2 bedroom condos will incur an additional guest fee of $15 per person / per stay. This fee will be billed separately after booking and is used to cover additional linens, towels, etc.

Our cleaners are thorough and use enhanced cleaning protocols, including bleaching of white linens and towels in hot water while using disinfectant on all high touch areas such as faucets, handles, light switches, etc.

Finding the best rental value:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Booking websites typically offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.

Tips for your stay:

• Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Add a note with the directions to your phone, and take a printed copy.
• Note any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
• Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, intercom or coffee maker. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent lots of concerns.
• Be a good neighbor. Often, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often help. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
• Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would back home.
• Upon check-out, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on good ratings to propel future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best rental home.
