This is a newly refreshed "Home Away from Home" themed condo with striking Ocean Front vistas that you can appreciate right from the comfort of your "Home" - great beach vistas, all the way down to the Springmaid Pier where you can also rent fishing gear and fish as well.

**Please note:** Before you Check-In, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted by Superhog via e-mail and/or text to complete the verification.

We've replaced our Damage Deposit requirements with a new option where you will be given the choice between paying a returnable deposit or buying a non-returnable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking and has no merchant costs associated with it.

Unwind in style with amenities such as an indoor and outdoor pool, a lazy river, hot tub, kid’s splash area/pool plus a exercise center! This condo features 1 king bed in a private bedroom along with a full kitchen outfitted with dishes, silverware, cookware, a refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher plus the kitchen table turns into a full-size bed. It also includes a washer & dryer in the unit as well as a sleep couch in the living room and a private balcony to comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests.

You are supplied with 1 parking pass for 1 Bedroom condos in this property.

J-Mike's Flavor Station offers breakfast and lunch and is located right next door in the adjacent building.

We are only mins.' drive to many of the most trendy activities and attractions the area has to offer.

Convenient location just a couple of mins. from Myrtle Beach airport.

Free basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts available at Midway Park, plus complimentary disc golf at Splinter City (both less than a mile away). Many 18 hole golf courses close by, along with many mini-golf courses for families.

This property may use cameras for security purposes in the common and public areas such as the garage, walkways, elevators and the front door. There are no cameras allowed within the private space of the property.

House Rules
• The primary registered guest must be 25 or older and assumes full responsibility for all of their guests. Their guests of all ages are welcome!
• No smoking in the condo or on the balcony – designated areas only.
• No family pets – Service Animals Must be Registered and Leashed at all times.
• No events, events, or enormous gatherings.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the condo or using the amenities, pools, etc. All others will be considered trespassing.
• Throwing items off the balcony is a Federal crime and violators may be Prosecuted, Fined and/or Evicted.
• Local Fire Codes permit up to a max. of 6 Guests in our 1-bedroom condos and up to 8 guests in our 2-bedroom condos. Breaking the fire code is grounds for immediate eviction without notice and with no refunds.

Check-In Information
The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In at the Front-Desk with a valid matching government issued ID showing they are 25 or older. The Front Desk personnel will provide you with your room keys, pool passes and a parking pass if required.
There is a max. limit of 1 parking pass for 1-bedroom condos and 2 parking passes for 2-bedroom condos. Extra parking passes are not available at this property. You must register your car(s) with the front desk – make, model, color & license plate #

We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay.

We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include:
• Hand soap in the bathroom
• Dish soap and a kitchen towel
• Dishwashing detergent (if applicable)
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• 1 trial size of shampoo
• 1 trial size soap or body wash
• 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod
• Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen

You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, additional amenities, etc.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting around $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We also have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day. We'll drop them off in the condo before you arrive and pick them up after your departure.

Snowbird Specials – Some properties do offer specials for stays of 30 days or longer during the off-season from October through Feb. Please inquire if you’re looking for a seasonal special rate.

In order to keep our prices competitive and fair to smaller groups - groups with more than 4 adults/kids in our 1 bedroom condos or 6 adults/kids in our 2 bedroom condos will incur an additional guest fee of $15 per person / per stay. This fee will be billed separately after booking and is used to cover additional linens, towels, etc.

Our cleaners are thorough and use enhanced cleaning protocols, including bleaching of white linens and towels in hot water while using disinfectant on all high touch areas such as faucets, handles, light switches, etc.

Get the most from your budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To find the best value, try shifting your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.
  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.

  • Are you looking for specific amenities? Most websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find your ideal rental home.
  • Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. .
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property.   • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors bothering your peace. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and places you would have not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Keep the property locked while you are out! Don't let thieves ruin your holiday.
  • Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a fantastic stay? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
