The two huge porches are the ideal place to sit and watch the world drive by on their golf carts while your drink your morning coffee or appreciate your evening drinks. You will have plenty of parking and storage space under the home with an attached storage room on the ground level. Our handsome home is located in the 5000 Section

The home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths which include 3 queen beds and 1 King Master bed.

Our cavernous deck with additional side porch (my favorite spot) will allow you to savor the sun or shade, while appreciating a constant breeze and sounds of the ocean.

Once returning from the beach, you will take enjoyment in our outdoor shower with hot/cold water.

The home will sleep 8 comfortably.

Each bedroom is equipped with cable and intelligent TV’s along with Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is entirely equipped with new stainless appliances and elegant soft close cabinets.

We do not allow family pets or smoking.

You must be 25 years old to rent and be present the entire stay.

Linens and towels supplied.

Parking passes are in addition to the rent and are $15.00 per day per car (to be paid to Ocean Lakes). $12 if purchases within 14 days of arrival

We require a 7 nighttime minimum (Saturday to Saturday) from Memorial Day to August 14, 2023

Located in Surfside Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The Market Common and Broadway at the Beach are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Myrtle Beach State Park and Garden City Beach. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach are not to be missed.
