Our handsome home is located in the 5000 Section
The home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths which include 3 queen beds and 1 King Master bed.
Our cavernous deck with additional side porch (my favorite spot) will allow you to savor the sun or shade, while appreciating a constant breeze and sounds of the ocean.
Once returning from the beach, you will take enjoyment in our outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
The home will sleep 8 comfortably.
Each bedroom is equipped with cable and intelligent TV’s along with Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is entirely equipped with new stainless appliances and elegant soft close cabinets.
We do not allow family pets or smoking.
You must be 25 years old to rent and be present the entire stay.
Linens and towels supplied.

Parking passes are in addition to the rent and are $15.00 per day per car (to be paid to Ocean Lakes). $12 if purchases within 14 days of arrival
We require a 7 nighttime minimum (Saturday to Saturday) from Memorial Day to August 14, 2023
