This home features a roomy open floor plan of the main living areas, with handsome crown molding and chair rail to give it a luxury finish. The 1st floor includes a Master bedroom with full bath and a half bath under stairs for guest, The 2nd floor includes another Master with full bath along with 2 queen guest bedrooms with a full shared bath. Each bedroom offers a ceiling fan, plenty of closet space, and simple access to a bathroom. The master on the 3rd floor also includes room for a seating area and access to your balcony. The two sizable porches are the ideal place to sit and watch the world drive by on their golf carts while your drink your morning coffee or savor your evening drinks. You will have plenty of parking and storage space under the home with an attached storage room on the ground level. Located at the south end of Myrtle Beach, Ocean Lakes ranks in the top 1% of campgrounds in the United States, offering the best amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, waterpark, lazy river, basketball and volleyball courts, restaurant, ice cream shop, golf carts, and more! Our gorgeous home is located in the 5000 Section

The home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths which include 3 queen beds and 1 King Master bed.

Our cavernous deck with additional side porch (my favorite spot) will allow you to appreciate the sun or shade, while appreciating a constant breeze and sounds of the ocean.

Once returning from the beach, you will take enjoyment in our outdoor shower with hot/cold water.

The home will sleep 8 comfortably.

Each bedroom is equipped with cable and intelligent TV’s along with Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is completely equipped with new stainless appliances and handsome soft close cabinets.

We do not allow family pets or smoking.

You must be 25 years old to rent and be present the entire stay.

Parking passes are in addition to the rent and are $15.00 per day per car (to be paid to Ocean Lakes). $12 if purchases within 14 days of arrival
