The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 7th floor, direct ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This oceanview 1 bedroom is entirely furnished with 2 full-size beds, 1 full-size murphy bed, 1 queen sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 8 guests. This unique layout offers an upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests savor having their own private balcony where they can relax and appreciate both the vistas of the ocean as well as the pools.
Upon entering, guests will enter through the kitchen. The kitchen area is full size and features a full-size stove and oven, upsized cabinet space, a microwave, granite countertops, full size refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare your meals! We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities.
Just behind the kitchen, you will find the bathroom. The bathroom is split into 2 areas with the toilet, vanity, and shower/tub in one area, and another sink and vanity in the other. The vanity features a solid surface counter, mirror, and sink.
The bedroom sits off to the right of the kitchen and features 2 full size beds, dresser for storage, TV with digital cable, AC unit, commercial blackout curtains, and a private balcony. Each bed will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests.
Making your way into the living room, guests will be blown away by the ocean vistas. The living room is the most trendy area of the apartment, and it features a full size murphy bed (wall bed), queen size sleeper couch, accent chair, AC unit, commercial blackout curtains, TV with digital cable, and a dining table with chairs. Guests will also access the second private balcony from this area. That's right, 2 private balconies! One balcony is located in the living room, and the other balcony is located in the bedroom, and both of them have a really good view of the ocean!
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, a laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
****AS OF: April 20th, 2023, Spas 1-4 will be Closed Until Further Notice*****

Tips and Tricks to get the best Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
Getting the most from your budget:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. To find the best rental home within budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
- Property management companies typically offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines contain money saving offers on nearby tours and attractions.
Filter your search:
- Start by having your group commit to vacation dates and a budget.
- Decide how many beds and the configuration your group requires. Ocean View 1 Bedroom Suite~Landmark 747 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is generally accessible online. If not, reach out to the host before reserving the rental. Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to determine what is optimal for your vacation family.
- If there's a certain Myrtle Beach beach you are crazy about, look for rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking
- If your family is traveling with pets, you'll need to find a pet-friendly property. Get details on breed, size, and type requirements. Usually, property managers charge additional pet fees.
Some things to know before you go:
- Get the owner's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home. Store the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
- Make a record of any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are beneficial if a dispute arises.
- Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors bothering your life at home. Use the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Lock your rental while you are out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
- Double-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at departure. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your family have a excellent stay? Most rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
