This ocean view condo is completely furnished with new furnishings throughout! This property features 1 queen bed, 2 full sized beds (all of which are organic beds!) and a sleeper couch. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
As of August 2024, the owner of this property has done some remodel work! The kitchen and living room have a fresh coat of paint in a bright, coastal color and brand new furnishings throughout!
This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. This apartment offers a impressive, updated kitchen and tile floors throughout.
The kitchen is very roomy and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and units. Very few units offer an upsized kitchen like this condo and other units here at the Palace. We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove, as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the couch and appreciate countless vistas of the Southern coastline.
The guest bedroom is the first bedroom on the right when you enter the condo. This bedroom features 2 full-size beds. Guests will also have access to a private closet, a nightstand with a lamp, a dresser for storage, and TV with basic cable. The guest bathroom is located just outside of the bedroom.
The master bedroom is the second bedroom on the right and features a queen sized bed, two nighttime stands and lamps, a closet for storage, access to the ocean view balcony, and a private bathroom.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid-staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini-golf, go-karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
We are confident that you are going to adore this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!
******* Please note that affective from now 10/02 through further notice the modest indoor spa is closed for renovations, but the pools are open!*********

Myrtle Beach rental home booking tips:
How to get the best rental value:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
- Summertime is the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. Book your Myrtle Beach vacation in Fall or Spring months to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
- Property management companies usually offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
- Many property management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Finding the best rental:
- Select vacation dates and maximum budget.
- Determine how many beds and the configuration your family needs. Ocean View 2 Bedroom Apartment with Great Views! Palace Resort 413 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, contact the property manager before booking your rental. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds and bunks.
- Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Extra fees or may be applied to your invoice.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach beach you love, search for rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
Know before you go:
- Add the property manager's contact info to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, intercom or kitchen appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent quite a few problems.
- Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would back home.
- To make sure damages are not attributed to your family's visit, note any problem areas during arrival. Make contact with the property manager immediately to relay any issues. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are a fantastic resource to find the best local beaches and restaurants.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did you have a great stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
