This is an definitely fantastic, completely modernized, luxury romance suite located at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 14th floor, ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This condo is entirely furnished and the layout will accommodate 2-4 guests!
As of March 2023, this apartment has been completely refreshed and features some really opulent updates, and we can't be more excited to share them with you. To start, the entire unit was repainted with modern and welcoming colors. In the living area, a shiplap wall with LED fireplace was installed. Guests will appreciate the LED electric fireplace and the flat screen intelligent TV. A new king bed and bed frame were installed, as well as a new headboard. Everything in this condo is brand new! The full size sleeper couch were newly installed as well as the dresser. Guests will savor calming on the couch, by the fire, and catching countless ocean vistas. New LVP floor and baseboards were installed throughout. In the kitchen, the cabinetry was resurfaced giving a fresh modern look.
Upon arrival guests will enter into a modest hallway that leads into the main living area. To the right of the front door guests will find the private bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, enormous shower, and toilet.
Entering into the main living space, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! This floor plan is open and roomy, and features endless vistas of the Atlantic ocean. The 14th floor offers such great vistas! The living room offers a king sized bed, couch that converts to a sleeper couch, shiplap wall with constructed-in LED fireplace, modest TV, and access to the ocean view balcony.
The wet bar area is also located in this main living space and includes a sink, cabinet space, a microwave, and mini refrigerator! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Landmark Resort. Many eateries in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
