Welcome to your ultimate oceanfront escape in Myrtle Beach! This charmingly furnished condo, self-managed by its owners, offers everything you need for a ideal stay, featuring a brand-new king-sized bed, in-unit laundry (a rare perk!), and complimentary coffee to start your day. Step out onto the roomy balcony, complete with three Adirondack chairs, for a front-row view of the beach—and perhaps even a SpaceX rocket launch over the Atlantic!

Savor the sights and sounds of the coast, including occasional military flybys, shrimp boats passing by, and surfers riding the waves. The area is also acclaimed for its many golf courses and fun mini-golf options, ideal for both avid golfers and smaller sized families or just a couple looking for a lighthearted outing—don’t forget your golf clubs or consider renting them locally! The resort is packed with amenities, including both indoor and outdoor pools, a massive outdoor Jacuzzi, an indoor Jacuzzi, and a lazy river with complimentary rafts for floating fun. Stay active in the exercise room, and appreciate the lively outdoor bar alongside a coffee and pastry shop. Friday nights are a blast with karaoke hosted by friendly bartenders, and occasional celebrity DJs add to the excitement. The condo features a completely equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator that has an ice maker, a full-size microwave, an oven, and an air fryer. Guests will also find a complete set of cookware and dining settings for their convenience. We kindly ask that you ensure all kitchen appliances are cleaned after each use to help maintain a tidy space.

As the owners, we take pride in providing personalized amenities that make this condo really unique. We kindly ask that you treat the condo as if it were your own during your stay and clean up after yourself to help maintain its condition for future guests. Please note that additional costs will be charged if the condo is not left in a clean state upon checkout.

Guests will enjoy the convenience of skipping the front desk check-in—get right to the beach! For your tranquility of mind, the building has security making rounds 24/7, and a Ring doorbell system is in place for added security—used solely for safety and never to spy on anyone. Free parking is available, with access to a secure garage; cars taller than 6'2" must park on the first level, where space may be limited.

While we provide basic amenities such as towels for bathing and the beach, as well as toiletries, please note that these are limited. Guests may want to bring some of their own supplies for longer stays.
