Check out this super rare and unique, 2-bedroom / 2 bathroom, direct oceanfront vacation rental at Sandy Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This oceanfront vacation rental is entirely furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. This apartment features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 queen-size sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 6-8 guests. This rental is a true 2-bedroom condo, and our guests appreciate the separation between rooms and the privacy that is offered. This condo offers an upsized private balcony, and countless vistas of the Atlantic Ocean.
Sandy Beach 1612 is one of the most unique units in Myrtle Beach. As opposed to a traditional condo or hotel room, this vacation rental is far from any hotel or resort experience you might have had in the past! There are only a handful of these properties in Myrtle Beach, and we are excited to tell you more about it.
Upon entering the condo, guests will find the 1st bedroom to the left. This is considered to be the guest bedroom and features 2 queen size beds, nighttime stands, TV with basic cable, closet, and dresser for storage. This room is ideal for 4 guests.
The master bedroom is located on the right side of the hallway and features a king size bed, nightstands, dresser for storage, TV, and access to the master bathroom. The master bathroom features a tub, shower, vanity, linen closet, toilet, and more.
The kitchen is located in between the bedroom and living room and features full size appliances and granite counter tops. Guests will have access to a refrigerator / freezer, full size stove, top-mounted microwave, kitchen sink, and cabinet space. The kitchen is completely outfitted with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to prepare a meal or snack! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of fantastic dining options within a short walk/ride or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very trendy food delivery options along the Grandiose Strand.
Just off from the kitchen, guests will have access to a full size washer and dryer. Also, in between the kitchen and bedrooms is where the guest bathroom is located. The bathroom features a full size tub / shower, vanity, upsized mirror, cabinets for storage, toilet, and tile floor.
Entering the living room, this is by far the most beautiful area of the entire apartment. The living room is fully furnished with a sleeper couch, dining table and chairs, TV with basic cable, entertainment center, and access to the upsized oceanfront balcony. This is a ideal rental for a couple, group of friends, or a family! Located on the 16th floor of Sandy Beach Resort, the view from the balcony is beautiful, and many of our guests have spotted dolphins and charming sunsets!
As of Winter 2023, this property has been refreshed with new floor, new bathroom, new refrigerator, new artwork, decor, and so much more. The property was also entirely repainted. The homeowners spared no expense and have really made this condo feel like a second home!
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are supplied. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we savor the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
Due to guest feedback, we have lowered the cleaning fee from $150 to $120! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
We are so excited to host you, and we are confident that you will enjoy your stay. See you soon!

How to find the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to book:
- Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Summertime is high season in Myrtle Beach. Book your Myrtle Beach rental home in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
- Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
- Booking websites frequently offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitors guides have coupons for nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.
Finding the perfect rental home in Myrtle Beach:
- Start by choosing your potential vacation weeks and a budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Immaculate Oceanfront 2 Bedroom Suite - Sandy Beach Resort - Breathtaking Views - Sleeps 8! has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always accessible online. If you don't see them listed, contact the property owner before booking your home. Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to determine what configuration is right for your family.
- Some rental properties allow pets, but others don't. Acceptable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask your host about pets before booking.
- Does your family require specific amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Remember to confirm all required amenities are included before booking
During your stay:
- Store the owner's contact information in your smartphone.
- Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
- Keep your rental home locked while you are away! Don't let burglars ruin your trip.
- Upon arrival, make note of any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Keep records of all coorespondence.
- Be respectful of your neighbors. Often, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies is the right thing to do.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your group have a fantastic stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
