This unit has been completely modernized with high end furnishings and painted in bright beach colors in March, 2020, and is being offered for rent for the first time in April, 2020. Be aware that this unit, located in the completely revamped Caravelle Resort (not the older Caravelle Towers) is really a unique unit. Over 150 family and kids's DVDs for your viewing enjoyment. 5. A completely outfitted kitchen with coffee maker ,toaster, crock pot, blender, waffle maker, wine glasses, china, plastic and paper plates/dishes for your additional convenience. 6. Games for family and kids entertainment. 7. Assorted beach toys for the kids and beach chairs for your use. 8. An electronic coded entry door lock (no keys to lose or room card to get demagnetized). These 10 items are not available in the on site management units .OCEAN'S MAGIC is a very unique and special oceanfront condo. It lacks for nothing and I have tried to make it special for my renters by including the little things. It is being offered for rent for the first time in April, 2020. The view from the 14th floor is spectacular. OCEAN'S MAGIC is unlike any other condo at Caravelle Resort, having upgraded high end furnishings and painted in 7 different vibrant beach colors. The kitchen is entirely supplied and renters will want for nothing. Two upgraded queen beds and a full pull out murphy bed allow for max. comfort. An electronic coded entry lock accepts renters to check in quickly without having to stand in long lines to register and pay with their credit card. No key to misplace. Just enter your specially included access code and come and go quickly. To say that OCEAN'S MAGIC has class and pizaaazzzzz is an understatement. The vibrant beach colors are ideally coordinated and all walls are elegantly decorated with artful beach theme wall hangings. Take a picture of the dolphins wall mural with your kids as a souvenir. Also supplied is complimentary garage parking in two parking decks, a smaller oceanfront deck of 6 levels (roughly 90 parking spaces and a much bigger parking garage located directly across the street (roughly 300 parking spaces.). Many oceanside amenities await you and your family. Located oceanfront is a huge pool and hot tub accompanied by a kids's lazy river, kiddie pool and a fun pool with many play obstacles and a sand play area with climbing obstacles. Additionally, there is an onsite restaurant that serves breakfast a tiki bar for refreshments, an inside pizza sub shop, a gift shop, exercise center, a cavernous game room and a laundry facility. What more could a family ask for? Are there eateries and shopping close by? Absolutely. With 1 to 3 miles are many fine eateries: Outback, Bone Fish Grille, Carrabba's, numerous Calabash seafood eateries, a number of fine local eateries, a host of pizza and fast food locations, a Publix, Food Lion and Krogers. Also within the same perimeter are many souvenir stores, golf courses (par 3) and fun theme parks including the Carolina Opry. Within 10-15 mins. is the world famed Broadway, an unbelievable collection of stores and fun areas. This is a location you should put high on your list to visit. Keep in mind that OCEAN'S MAGIC is located along the Golden Mile and you are only 5 miles from central Myrtle Beach and the downtown pavilion.. Close enough to get there quickly, but far enough away to avoid the constant congestion, events and loud music. During the summer a number of music festivals, concerts, car events , sporting events and a host of other activities take place Check with your concierge at the bell hop location or just ask the locals. Should you decide to bring your bicycles or choose to rent some locally to ride on the beach there is another option. North Ocean Blvd. has a bicycle lane and a lighted exercise walking path of about 2.5 miles. Great for an early morning run or late nighttime walk.
