WELCOME TO BIRDIE'S I !

You will appreciate staying at our condo on the first floor overlooking the sizable pool and vast expanse of the Atlantic Ocean. Feel the warm rays of sunshine in the morning and view the moon at nighttime while you listen to the sound and sight of the surf. You are just steps away from the pool, the beach, and Bar-B-Que grilles. A short walk down the hall will lead to a amazing lazy river, a kiddie pool, hot tub and a heated swimming pool. You will find something for all ages.

This one bedroom unit is comfortable, clean, and gorgeously decorated for your vacation pleasures. While the condo can accommodate 6, we suggest 4 people offers ideal comfort.

Our condo is equipped with a TV in the bedroom and the living room area, a full size dishwasher, and hi-chairs and a table on the private balcony.

How to find the best rental experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. To find the largest rental home for your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
  • Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitors guides have offers and deals for nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.

How to choose the best rental home:

  • First and foremost, have your family agree to dates and a maximum budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration you need. Birdie's Beachfront I - The only Oceanfront Condo to be at Myrtle Beach Resort has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
  • Specific details about bedrooms and bed counts is generally accessible on booking websites. If not, email the host before you book the vacation property. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • Are you visiting for a specific attraction or event? If so, use a map search to locate nearby properties.
  • Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, but others don't. Acceptable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the property manager about pet restrictions before booking.

Advice for a wonderful stay:

  • Be sure you get the owner's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental property.
  • Document any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately contact the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be very helpful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Property managers are available to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often an excellent source for finding the best local attractions.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a wonderful time? Most rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
