This is My Privately Owned condo, Over looking Ocean Annie's!!! Appreciate the enormous balcony and listen to the band with your favorite drink! JUST UPDATED December 2023!! NEW sizable refrigerator! Microwave, Dishwasher, cabinets, and just refreshed Bathroom!! an NEW LVT floor, furnishings, Drapiers lighting and repainted!!The best view of the ocean, sunsets, Pools, and the famed Ocean Annies!! When you book with me this is the room and vistas you get,I took the photos from your condo, if you book thru SOC your are assigned a room when you check in!! of what is available! After your travel here you don't want to be looking at another condo or have to look around the corner to see the ocean!! You could be in what we call the horseshoe again looking at your neighbor!!!! MY condo is a one bedroom efficiency with two Queen beds, sleeps four. You are in what we call restaurant row! Literally 100's of places to eat! But if want to savor the vistas and eat on your balcony we have a new flat cooktop!
