Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?'
A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at noon. The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.
Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.
Q: 'Are there any hidden costs?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets supplied?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.
Q: 'Is parking supplied?'
A: YES - Parking is complimentary for ONE car. You will receive ONE parking pass per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA.
Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: NO - Pool arm bands are not required at this location.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.
Q: 'Do you allow family pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Animals are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent multiple properties where we can accept modest dogs. Contact us for more details.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and home rules for more information about smoking.

Tricks and tips for getting the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
When to go & When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home:
- Summer months are high season in Myrtle Beach. Book your rental in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Some property managers offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Booking websites typically offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
- Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which will include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Choosing the perfect rental home in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Select a group leader, choose your dates, and choose a max budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family needs. Spacious Beach View Condo*Pool*FREE Tickets*J101 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally available on booking websites. Otherwise, reach out to the host before reserving the vacation home. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to work out which bed configuration is suitable for your vacation family.
- Are you looking for particular amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to ask about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
- Do your family pets travel with you? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Extra fees or charges may be applied to your invoice.
More tips for your visit:
- We recommend storing the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- During arrival, note any issues with the property and immediately contact the owner. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, A/V setup or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call prevents quite a few problems.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be an incredible source for finding the best local beaches and hangouts.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Lock your vacation home while you are away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
- Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your group have a great time? Most rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
