Summary:
Recently remodeled 2BR/1BA condo in few mins. walk to the beach. It is located in the heart of Myrtle beach near Uptown downtown Market commons with fresh eateries and stores. Less then 5 min drive to the airport and 10min drive to Broadway at the beach and main attractions. Walmart is 5 streets away. Totally outfitted kitchen, sleeps up to 6 guests.
*PET OWNERS: family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.

The Space:
2nd floor (must climb stairs) 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Very cavernous condo. 2 King beds, 1 pullout couch in the living room.
Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics.
Dining area open to living room.
Sheets and linens included.
Free WiFi and intelligent TV's available.
*Family Animals are allowed with a $75 pet fee per pet. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are included for showers only.
*Shared laundry room on the premisses.
*Only 1 parking spot available.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)

  • Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
