Entering the living room is by far the most charming area of the entire apartment.

The murphy bed is also located in the living room and will comfortably accommodate 2 guests. This is a ideal rental for a couple, group of friends or a family! Myrtle Beach vacation rental tips:
Get the most from your spending budget:
- Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of SC. To find the largest vacation home within budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
- Booking websites usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
- Often, property management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which often include special offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
How to pick the perfect vacation home in the Myrtle Beach area:
- To start, have your group decide on vacation dates and a budget.
- Determine how many beds and the configuration your family requires. Direct Oceanfront 2 Bedroom 3 Bathrooms Boardwalk Resort Unit 539\/540 - Sleeps 10 has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is regularly accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, email the host before you book your home. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds.
- Does your group require specific amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. .
- Some rental properties allow pets, and some do not. Allowable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the host about allowable breeds and types before booking.
Know before you go:
- We recommend storing the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
- To ensure that no damages are linked to your stay, make a record of any problem areas during check in. Make contact with the host immediately to relay your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Be respectful of your neighbors. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are out, just like you would at home.
- At departure, complete a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your family have a terrific vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
