Entering the living room is by far the most beautiful area of the entire apartment.
The living room is fully furnished with a sleeper couch, coffee table, accent chair, dining table and chairs, TV with basic cable, and access to the upsized oceanfront balcony. The murphy bed is also located in the living room and will comfortably accommodate 2 guests. This is a ideal rental for a couple, group of friends or a family! Past guests really adore the space, and we savor the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Booking the best vacation property experience:
How to get the best value:
- Reserve your rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
- The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
- Some hosts offer discounts for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Booking websites usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
- Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guides which often include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Filter your search:
- Select a group lead, select your trip dates, and select a spending budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration your group needs. Direct Oceanfront 2 Bedroom 3 Bathrooms Boardwalk Resort Unit 539\/540 - Sleeps 10 has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Precise details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is often accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, call the property owner before you reserve the property. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to work out what bed configuration is right for your vacation.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach beach you are enamored with, search for rentals that are either close by, or those that cater to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking.
- Some rental properties allow pets, and some don't. Acceptable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the owner about your furry family members before booking.
Additional considerations:
- Be sure you get the property manager's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental.
- Make a record of any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately contact the owner. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are beneficial if a dispute is filed.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Be respectful of your neighbors. Often times, nearby homes are filled by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Protect your property!
- Upon check-out, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to drive more bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
