You will savor being in a peaceful area removed from bigger hordes while still mins. away from the ocean, shopping, eateries, attractions and golf courses that the Grandiose Strand has to offer.

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!
Parking: Painless access private parking lot. You will have ONE (1) ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: 1st floor unit! Stairs are required inside the property to access the bedrooms (2 stories). Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Totally supplied - includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.
Family room: Appreciate the flat screen TV. Sleeper couch! Access to enormous patio via back doors.
**Both bedrooms are upstairs**
Bedroom 1: Queen bed. TV.
Bathroom 1: Full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed. TV.
Bathroom 2: Half bathroom (sink and toilet only).
Patio: Cavernous! Private.
Pool/hot tubs/amenities: The complex has an outdoor swimming pool. Subject to seasonal HOA operation schedule.
Beach: Walk out of the community towards the ocean. Walk right down to our striking beach.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are included. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private in condo.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the complex (pool).

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.

Routine Pest Control happens every month on the 1st Thursday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
