Welcome to NN9 located in the South Tower on the 9th floor in Ocean Creek Resort. Ocean Creek is a 57 acre, oceanfront, gated resort with 24 hour security. Heaven awaits you in this premier condo.
The coveted southern view from NN9 is simply impressive!
Our 3BR/3BA condo has been professionally refreshed and redecorated from top to bottom with all high end finishes. Our condo is decorated in beautiful shades of turquoise and yellow throughout. We have light hickory wood floor in all living areas and enormous, ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths. All new furnishings, artwork, and linens. The owners have done an striking job on this condo. You may never want to go home!
The gourmet kitchen has pretty Fiestaware dishes, new cabinets, luxury, expanded granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a turquoise subway tile backsplash!
Dining area seats 6 + 2 at the bar.
The oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk in closet and refreshed ensuite bath with double vanity sinks. Sliding glass doors open to the huge southern view balcony.
Guest bedroom #1 has two double beds with new Sealy beds (2023), TV, and full ensuite, modernized bath. Guest Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, TV, and full ensuite bath.
Living room has a sleeper couch. Washer/Dryer in the hall. Free Wi-Fi and plenty of complimentary parking.
Beach Locker #9 is located in the Owner Storage Room in the lower level garage. Locker contents are not inventoried as contents change due to guests leaving items and other items being tossed due to rust and breakage. Please feel complimentary to share whatever is in the locker and to store your beach gear during your stay.
