Have a great vacation!! Looking for both fun and relaxation?
There is only one place in Myrtle Beach where there are no high rises, no homes and pure natural dunes and natural beach. And this is it!! 2 miles of pure enjoyment where you can connect with nature basically on a private beach.
As you savor the ocean front view from the two porches, your view on the left is the Nature Preserve Beach and on the right is Apache pier and restaurant (0.3 miles). So you have the best of both worlds, tranquility and relaxation or fun, excitement and people.
This is the only condominium complex next to the Myrtle Beach Nature Preserve - a 2 mile private beach. Basically, this is a 2 mile private beach in your back yard for your enjoyment.
Nature Preserve has no hordes and tons of big shells!! It is like having a beach home with access to a private beach. This is the ideal beach to “ socially distance” there are not sizable hordes & you can appreciate the private beach & pools! Also enjoy grilling w two outdoor grilling areas w huge tables!
You are also very close to gorgeous shopping- Tanger Outlets! ( an outdoor fresh-air shopping complex) Tanger has Nike, Adidas, Timberland, American Eagle, Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, Chicos, Coach, Disney, Guess, & many more!
Right across the street from that is another shopping complex that includes Walmart, a hair & nail salon, Marshall’s, a car wash & a number of other stores!
There are also a number of great eateries very close by, within 5 miles from you!
This place is away from the noise of the city and the hub-ub, yet close enough to join the fun if you are so inclined. There are two swimming pools and one is heated. Dogs appreciate to run on the 2 mile nature preserve…it is like having their own private beach!!
You will really enjoy long walks on what would appear to be your own private beach and nature preserve. This properly is the last property to be constructed near this nature preserve as there can be no further properties constructed for 700 years by law.
Because so few people can get to this part of the beach it is a very natural beach with very enormous dunes and natural shells, crabs, modest fish and herons. The preserve also has a lake. There is a pier for fishing and entertainment about 1/3 of a mile south of the condo.
The unit is in pristine condition. This is really the place to relax and kick back.
There are two porches, one open and the other screened. When you walk into the third bedroom, called the 'Sun Room', you will feel you are on the deck of a cruise ship, the ocean is that close!! It is definitely handsome looking at the ocean in the day when the skies are clear.

Tricks and tips to get the best vacation home experience:
Getting the most from your budget:
- The earlier you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
- Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. To find the best value, shift your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
- Look for your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great information, travel guide magazines have offers and deals for nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.
Filter your search:
- Choose your vacation week and maximum budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. Private 2 mile beach!! 180 degree ocean view!! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is often accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, reach out to the property owner before reserving the vacation property. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds.
- Some properties allow pets, but others do not. Allowable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the owner about pets before booking.
- Visiting for a single event or attraction? If so, use a map search to locate nearby properties.
- Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking
Tips for a smooth stay:
- Add the host's information to your smartphone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Hosts are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
- Lock your rental home while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
- During arrival, note any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Keep records of all coorespondence.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers disrupting your peaceful home life. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and attractions you would've not otherwise known about!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did you have a fantastic time? Many rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
