If you are looking for a peaceful, cavernous beach hideaway, you have found the right place! This 1200sq ft newly remodeled condo is a 5 min walk to the beach and is on the first floor of a 9-unit complex. You can savor some R&R away from the hustle of Ocean Blvd and the bigger resorts. Don't worry about having to wait on the elevator either- you'll quickly get all your vacation supplies through the front door. The complex also features an outdoor pool that is open from April 1st to October 1st.
Savor 1200 sq ft of freshly refreshed space with an open flow concept. There are only 2 modest steps to get to the front door. Most of the year you may be the some of the only renters at the complex. The entirely equipped kitchen serves as a central gathering space. We provide a coffee pot, toaster, all dishes, silverware and pots and pans for conveniently cooking at home meals when your away! Both bedrooms have a king-size bed and closet, and the primary bedroom features an ensuite bath. The second bedroom is adjacent to the second bathroom. This condo has plenty of natural light with two enormous sliding doors, one of which goes out to the covered patio for indoor-outdoor living. The unit also includes a washer and dryer for guests to use. You have painless access to the shared pool deck at this peaceful beach hideaway.
Technology - Both bedrooms and living room have intelligent tv's which accepts you to log into any of your streaming accounts and watch. We also have basic cable. Wifi is available to effortlessly work from home or you can plug in your ethernet cord for faster service. Nest Thermostat. Keyless entry pad.
Close to restaurant row, Barefoot landing and many golf courses. We are located inbetween 2 residential areas in the northern part of Myrtle beach. Our Condo is centrally located to all of Myrtle Beach's great attraction and eateries. Just a short drive away from one of the most thrilling districts in the area: the Boardwalk, where you can shop at a menagerie of stores and souvenir stores, as well as fast-service and table-service dining! Bring the kids along, and spend some time in the Fun Plaza Arcade or at the Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum! Also within a short drive to any number of other spectacular Myrtle Beach attractions, including Broadway at the Beach, Market Commons shopping area , Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and Myrtle Waves Water Park!
We own another 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Unit in this same complex so if you are traveling with friends or family and need another unit we can help with that if its available.
We also welcome your furr babies! Dogs are allowed on the beach before 10am and after 5pm Memorial day to Labor Day and anytime the rest of the year! We allow up to 2 dogs. The pet fee is $100 for the first pet and $50 for the second. Please let us know upon booking if you will be bringing a pet along with the breed and size. The pet must be approved prior to arrival. Any damage the pet causes will be charged upon check out.

The cleaning fee includes full cleaning upon check-out and inspection. It Also includes all clean linens including sheets, comforters, bath towels and wash cloths. Starter rolls of toliet paper and paper towels based on your length of stay. We have a washer and dryer but do not provide laundry detergent. Please bring your own Beach towels. This is not a hotel so the unit will not be cleaned daily.
There is a $200 penalty fee charged for evidence of hosting a event. $200 Fee for Smoking anywhere on the property or in the unit.
