Just few mins. away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, Pirates Voyage, Grandiose Strand Mall, Tanger Outlets and eateries are just a few of the unlimited variety of fun venues for you and yours to savor.

Master bedroom: king size bed, 2 nightstands, TV, and ceiling fan with private bathroom.

Second bedroom: king size bed, 2 nightstands, TV, and ceiling fan with bathroom access from the bedroom and from the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you expect, including full stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, if you need it, it's there!

Dryer and Washer available for Use.

This Apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an elevator.

Dining area has a real full dining room table with seating for 6.

Living area has a full reclining couch, adore seat, and reclining chair, flat screen TV.

A slider to a patio. For those calming evening.

Soaps and toiletries are supplied, guests may bring their own if additional needed. Linens and Towels supplied for showering only, not for pool.

Damage fee will be activated for stained or damaged towels, same goes for linens! If you need to wash them please do so, and please remember we are not a hotel, this is our vacation home, we appreciate it, and trying to keep it clean to feel homey.

Appreciate the Pool and Barbecue grille. Please keep and be sure to return the keytag (used for pool access ) at the end of visit! (There is a $100 charge for lost/broken Keytag(HOA rule))

Free parking, non-smoking, complimentary WiFi. Please NO hanging towels on balcony! The apartment is on the 2nd floor.

Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises!

*PET OWNERS: one-time fee of $75 per pet is required.

*Only completely trained family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you and contact me for details.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Animals are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
