We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we enjoy the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
Due to guest feedback, we have newly lowered the cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
We are confident that you will enjoy your stay with us, and we look forward to hosting you!

Tips to get the best rental experience:
When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to book:
- The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Booking your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
- Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal SC. To book the largest rental within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- Property managers sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitors guide magazines have offers and deals for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.
Use filters to narrow your search:
- Start by choosing trip dates and a budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your group requires. Recently Renovated Oceanfront Double Full Suite! Sea Mist 20909- Sleeps 2-4 Guests! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always available online. If not, email the property manager before you reserve your home. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds.
- Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or costs could be applied to your agreement.
- If there's a certain Myrtle Beach attraction you are crazy about, browse properties that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to ask about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
More tips for your stay:
- Take a copy of the owner's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental.
- Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would back home.
- During check-in, document any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the host. Record all coorespondence.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers bothering your peace. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did you have a wonderful stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
