This oceanfront condo is completely furnished with everything you need for your next vacation and was newly remodeled! We couldn't be more excited to share it with you! To start, the entire unit was repainted with fresh and welcoming colors! Brand new floor was installed in the main living space, as well as new linens for the beds. In the kitchen new granite countertops were installed, a new exhaust fan, hood and light were installed as well. The bathroom features a new toilet, new shower head, new hair dryer, and new bathroom exhaust. Everything is practically brand new making it one of a kind!

This studio apartment features two full size beds and will comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests. The unit is also furnished with a 50 inch intelligent TV, AC and Heat, full size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, modest table and chairs, a dresser for storage, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, as well as a private balcony. This is a ideal rental for a couple, group of friends, or a modest family! Located on the 9th floor, guests will appreciate the private balcony with new balcony chairs and table to relax and savor the amazing vistas of the Atlantic Ocean.

This unit features a full size refrigerator / freezer to keep food and drinks cold, a stove and oven, microwave, modest sink, and coffee maker! All dishes and basic kitchenware will be supplied! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of exceptional dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very trendy in this area.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are supplied. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really adore the space, and we enjoy the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

Due to guest feedback, we have freshly lowered the cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!

We are confident that you will enjoy your stay with us, and we look forward to hosting you!

Free Wi-Fi and Cable are available.
Smoking AND Vaping are not allowed.
Our guests currently have access to the outdoor pool located on the south side of the Oats Building. Pool hours are subject to change. Weather and season could also result in pool closures.

Tips to get the optimal Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:

How to get the best rental value:

  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To get the best value, try changing your family's Myrtle Beach vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Some property management companies offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Look for your local Myrtle Beach area magazine upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, visitors guides have discounts for nearby tours and attractions.

How to pick the perfect vacation home in the Myrtle Beach area:

  • Select a designated group leader, choose your trip dates, and choose a maximum budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your family requires. Recently Renovated Oceanfront Double Full Suite! Sea Mist 20909- Sleeps 2-4 Guests! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
  • Specific details about bedrooms and bed types is regularly available on booking websites. Otherwise, call the property owner before reserving the vacation home. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to determine which bed configuration is best for your family.
  • Some properties allow pets, but others do not. Allowable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the host about your furry family members before booking.
  • Are you visiting for a specific event or attraction? Try a map search to find nearby properties.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

Advice for a terrific stay:

  • Add the host's contact info to your phone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Lock your rental while you are out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • Record any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be beneficial if there is a dispute.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors disrupting your quiet neighborhood. Use the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a fantastic stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
