Lush green tropical landscaping greets you from the time you arrive at Royale Palms Resort. The gated resort is handsomely tucked in the middle of the "ARCADIAN" and "KINGSTON" sections of Myrtle Beach. There are miles or white sandy beaches and acres of green golf courses in either direction. Also, within mins. are exceptional eateries, shopping, and tourists attractions to entertain the whole group.

This generously refreshed three bedroom, three bathroom condo faces out on the north side of the Royale Palms with sweeping vistas of the coastline and ocean. Twinkling nighttime lights along the beach will be as striking as the morning sunrises from your balcony. The remodeling covers beautiful furnishings, beautful linens, enormous family room TV, and ample seating. The floor is a combination of laminate (entry halls, kitchen, master & family room) and carpeting (guest bedrooms only) and tiled bathrooms. The kitchen is modern w/ bahama-blue tile backsplash, updated granite countertops and full-size appliances. Modest appliances include both a KEURIG and regular coffee maker, toaster and mixer. The dining area is just off the kitchen with cavernous seating for 8, plus the breakfast bar with 3 more barstools. The master bedroom has a KING bed with sizable private bath, separate tub and shower. There is a tray ceiling in the master with balcony access and ocean vistas. The two guest bedrooms each have 2 QUEEN beds. The living room has two couches, a huge screen TV and a recliner. There is a walk-in laundry just inside the entry, as well.

Royale Palms offers a private guest pool PLUS this rental also INCLUDES access for the Hilton Infinity Pool, AND the "Sandy Bottom WaterFall Pool" and 2 jacuzzis.
