The refreshed kitchen features full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher, and comes completely equipped with cookware and dishes. For added convenience, there's a washer/dryer available within this pretty condo, ensuring a hassle-complimentary and calming vacation.

The resort itself features an oceanfront pool deck adorned with palm trees. The additional-huge swimming pool is surrounded by many lounge chairs. For added fun, there's a lazy river encircling an island with palm trees, along with a close by kiddie pool featuring a enchanting mushroom waterfall. Indoors, guests can savor a pool and hot tub, accepting for relaxation while basking in ocean vistas, whether it's during the colder months or when seeking a break from the sun.

Note:
1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river located behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

NOTE: Sand Dunes North Tower Roof Replacement Project will be from February 6 - March 1, 2025. Resort will have some road or walkways closures around the property. They will be onsite Monday-Friday anywhere from 7:30am-6:00pm and potentially on some weekends. Please be aware that there will be noise during the day while resort is working on this project.
