Summary:
Welcome to Sea Gem Retreat at Forest Dunes Resort located on the 14th floor, in the Golden Mile of Myrtle Beach. This very cavernous 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath condo has spectacular coastline & ocean vistas from every room. Forest Dunes is a GEM in a family area towards the North end of Myrtle Beach, not too busy, walk right out and savor the salt air & the waves. It is close to all the attractions, eateries & shopping.
The Space:
BED & BATH
A Master King Suite with private access to our sizable balcony through the sliding glass doors, dresser, nightstand table and TV with cable access. A private bathroom with combination tub/shower, vanity sink and toilet. Our second bedroom features a Queen Size bed, dresser, nightstand table and TV with cable access. Our third bedroom features two Twin Size beds, dresser, nightstand table and TV with cable access. These rooms share a full-size bathroom with a combination tub/shower, vanity sink and toilet as well as a half bathroom.
LIVING AREA
Appreciate the BEAUTIFUL ocean vistas through the FULL floor to ceiling glass windows. The living room has a enormous flat screen tv with cable access, with a Couch and two chairs. Private access from the living room to our huge private balcony.
We also have a FULL-SIZE Washer and Dryer in the condo for your use.
KITCHEN & DINING
Our NEWLY UPDATED FULL-SIZE kitchen is well-equipped and completely outfitted with everything you need to create delicious meals. It makes it simple to appreciate being right on the beach without having to leave for dinner.
When it's time to dine, savor our dining table with plenty seating to accommodate up to 6 guests with an added plus of a breakfast bar. It is the ideal place to let the anxiety drift far away.
Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great eateries in a very short time.

Sip your morning coffee on our huge private balcony with access from the living room area as well as the Master King Suite. Complete with plenty of seating.
LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES PROVIDED:
Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and numerous trash bags.

- Indoor Pool (which ranges from three feet on the shallow end up to five feet on the deep end, this pool is ideal for the whole family no matter the age).
- Exercise Room (which features state of the art equipment to help you stay on your exercise routine. Our exercise room is located adjacent to our outdoor pool deck).
- Oceanfront Cabana (located across the street from our resort next to our beach access, is the spot for you. Take a seat in the shade as you take in the impressive scenery around you).

Open seasonally, the on-site Buckets Bar & Grille features all of your drink favorites paired with delicious food options. With indoor seating and oceanfront outdoor deck seating, the vistas can’t be beat. Bucket-sized frozen and mixed drinks are a trendy option as well as burgers and wraps, appetizers like loaded fries and wings, and kids’ options like chicken tenders and grilled cheese.

Located along Ocean Boulevard, this exercise trail gives guests a chance to enjoy the handsome scenery that Myrtle Beach has to offer while getting in a nice workout before hitting the beach.

Just a short walk down the road from our resort, you will find a handsome oceanfront park. Featuring a Ship Playground with a slide and ropes, a fun swing, and shaded benches for the parents, this area is ideal for smaller kids to enjoy while their parents take in the ocean view.

- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival roughly around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.
- Free attached parking garage. You are allowed 2 Parking Spots & you will find 2 parking passes in the condo upon your arrival. They MUST be displayed in your car at all times to avoid being TOWED!! This is STRICTLY ENFORCED!!!
- NO MOTORCYCLES, TRAILERS or RV’s.

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.
- NO Smoking: NO Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana ANYWHERE on resort property, this includes balconies and pool decks.
- Animals: NO FAMILY PETS are allowed in the resort; this is an HOA regulation and is stringently enforced.
- Events/Substantial groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each nighttime. Generous events or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
