Sheraton Broadway Resort is across the street from famed Broadway at the Beach, so is just one mile from the ocean. Whether you have a passion for fishing, golf, tennis or antique shopping, you'll find it all in Myrtle Beach. After a sunny afternoon on the beach or a day of thrills at an amusement park, you can come home to Sheraton Broadway Resort Villas. Unwind inside your roomy one- or two-bedroom vacation villa, take a relaxing soak in the whirlpool, or savor a leisurely meal on your private patio or balcony (in some units). Feel all of the amenities of a first-class resort. In addition to the features & amenities listed below, the resort also features sand volleyball and shuffleboard courts, tennis and basketball courts, a poolside bar & grille, 24-hour front-desk and security, a kids's pool with interactive fountains. There's even a 250-foot lazy river and 9-hole putt-putt golf course. It's all here for your enjoyment. Sheraton Broadway Resort offers flexibility. Vacation in a opulent one- or two-bedroom vacation villa with gourmet kitchens and cavernous living areas. Either way, there's plenty of room in your vacation home away from home.

Seasonal Splash Cove/Pool Bar Closures: September - May
Splash Cove and the pool bar at the resort are open seasonally. Splash Cove closes after Labor Day and the pool bar closes at the end of September. Both reopen by May (weather permitting). All other amenities at the resort are open for guest use year-round.

Two Bedroom Villa: 1030 square feet; king bed in master bedroom; two double beds in second bedroom; whirlpool bath in master bathroom; clock radios and hair dryers in both bedrooms; separate living area with queen couch bed; ceiling fan in living room; three color TV's; stereo entertainment center with CD player; dining area with seating for six; breakfast bar with seating for two; completely equipped kitchen with refrigerator (and ice maker), dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, toaster, disposal, coffee maker and blender; washer and dryer; patio/balcony; in-room safe. Sleeps 8.

Guests may be upgraded to the bigger two bedroom lockoff unit, which is a one bedroom premium villa connected to a one bedroom villa. This unit has a king bed, queen bed, two couch beds, two full bathrooms, two kitchens, two living areas and two W/D! Both units sleep 8.

  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of SC. To book the most suitable rental home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.

  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
