Upon arrival please go to the front desk. An ID matching your name and credit card is required. Your credit card will be authorized for a returnable security deposti.
The resort assigns the unit number at checkin.
Please note the Vacation Rental By Owner confirmations will not be acceptable for checkin. You will have to use the Westgate confirmation you will be included.
Please follow all resort rules including trash disposal in the proper bear proff containers.
Animals are allowed on Westgate Resort Property. Here are some of the general pet policies.
1. Up to 2 dogs are permited per room/suite. No other types of animals are allowed.
2. Dogs must not exceed 60 pounds or be taller than 36 inches.
3. A mandatory, non-returnable chleaning fee of $150 will be charged at checkin. An additional $100 penatly will be charged for unreported dogs found in the room.
4. Housekeeping will not service the room if a dog is left unattended.
5. Dogs outside of the room must be on a leash and under the control of the handler.
6. Dog relief areas are supplied for quest convience. If not, quests are expected to take dogs outside of publid areas. Picking up and dispossing dog deposits is required.
7. Damages to Westgate property by dogs including soiled/stained fabric or carpet will have additional charges assesssed.
