This Darling 1 Bedroom Beach Villa, which sleeps 4, is ideal for your family vacation! With a queen bed in the bedroom & a sleeper couch in the living room, there is plenty of room for everybody! This colorfully decorated condo comes complete with a FULL KITCHEN which is FULLY EQUIPPED with everything that you would need to prepare & dine in at the beach.

Located at BLUE WATER VILLAS, the condo is ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE OCEAN (second row) and just steps to the beach. It has a limited view of the Ocean through the city park next to Bluewater Resort. Hurl Rock Park and the William Bartram Trail historical marker, are across the street next door to the Bluewater Resort building. It comes with ample parking having a 3 story parking garage steps away from the condo's front door! Close to everything you might want to do, this resort is roughly 20 blocks South of Downtown Myrtle Beach and 1.8 miles from MB Airport.

ENJOY THE LARGE BALCONY while kids are in the pool or in the lazy river. Hot tub onsite too. Blue Water Villas is the sister resort to Blue Water Resort so you can access the multiple pools and hot tubs, snack bar, game room, sauna, and gym.

You can ENJOY THE BEACH or THE MYRTLE BEACH AREA which features many CHAIN & LOCAL RESTAURANTS, GOLF COURSES, SHOPPING and ATTRACTIONS which are within mins.! Take a ride on Blackbeard's Pirate Ship, The MB Sky Wheel or go dolphin watching on The Sea Screamer!

BAREFOOT LANDING is right on the Intracoastal Waterway. Explore casual eateries like Lucy Buffett's Lulu's to Greg Norman's fine dining, souvenir shopping to high end purchases, entertainment, attractions, complimentary events and rides for the kids. Take in a live show at The Alabama Theater, House of Blues or experience Alligator Adventure! For the Over 21 crowd, try Duplin Winery or The Crooked Hammock Brewery. There is really something for everybody here!

BROADWAY AT THE BEACH, a short drive away, features Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Ripley's Aquarium (Don't miss the mermaid show!), Fireworks, Speedboat Rides, Outdoor Events & Activities, along with numerous other eateries and stores. CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
