Well maintained. All concrete drive. Laminate floor. Modern kitchen with granite counter-tops and brand new appliances. Generous shower. Master Room with ensuite full bathroom (tub/shower combo). New HVAC. Three private bedrooms, two baths located in family-aligned gated community of Ocean Lakes. Front porch, enormous back deck with chairs, grilles, and clothesline. Free wifi. Living room has new 60" flat screen cable TV, couch, and two recliners. Nautical decor. Open concept. Dining area with table and chairs. Entirely equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee pot, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, farm sink, and dishes. Master bedroom has queen-size bed. Second bedroom has full-size bed and third bedroom has full size bunk beds on both levels. Central heat and air conditioning, tons of seating. Quiet ambiance. Substantial lot sits on private stream. Ground-level home. Full concrete drive sizable enough for 2 cars plus golf cart. No sand! Shower off in the huge outdoor private shower with hot water. Striking setting. Kept VERY CLEAN!

Minutes from beach by golf cart. Ocean Lakes is a highly-secured community on one mile of oceanfront with indoor and outdoor pools including a state of the art water park. Also, putt-putt, arcade, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, recreation center.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per car if you purchase at least 2 weeks before your trip. If you wait and purchase on-site, they charge $15 per day/car. This is non-negotiable and payable directly to Ocean Lakes (instructions will be supplied on completing this process).

There is parking for 2 cars at this property. Additional cars will need to be parked in the onsite overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

Bed and bath linens, along with paper products and personal toiletries, are the responsibility of the renter. Linen packages are available for rent through a local source. Please inquire for package pricing.
